Just want to say that we LOVE this location. It’s our favorite. The only one around here who makes the drinks correctly and super tasty. Was really impressed by Hailey who remembered my order of a Mocha Cookie Crumble frap with peppermint syrup! That was so sweet and she’s so nice. Keep up the good work everyone!

Absolute worst experience ive ever had at any Starbucks. I stopped by to grab my mom a birthday drink, she had a strawberry acai refresher, which ive purchased for her before and know what tastes/looks like. The girl taking my order kept cutting me off mid sentence and saying “anything else, anything else, anything else” It felt like I was visiting a run down McDonalds or Taco Bell with the interaction with her. Then I get to the windows and get my drink and immediately notice its almost clear, with a tinge of pink and no fruit or anything. I tasted it because I knew that wasn’t how they look and it was exactly how it looked, watered down and a nothing like it should be. I told her, it didnt have enough flavoring/fruit and she took it and they added three freeze dried strawberries. Still almost clear in color. At this point I knew they weren’t going to fix it even if I pushed further, so I left. I had the brown sugar shaken espresso which tasted like home brewed coffee with creamer. What an absolute waste! NEVER going back to this location. It needs to shut down if this is the service. Whoever was working on 2/18/26 at 12:45-1pm needs to be fired, both the person taking the order and the person making the drinks. May as well have made my own, it would have tasted better and saved me the hassle & money. DO BETTER, a McDonalds experience at Starbucks prices is OUTRAGEOUS!

The staff was amazing along with the customer service, was able to complete my order very fast and efficient. The environment was clean and accessible to customers walking through the door along with the friendly cups notes to my kiddos. It was the first Starbucks in a very long time that has brought my family and I, to come back, over and over again.

This Starbucks is great as soon as I walk in I get greated with a smile from all the staff at the counter. The staff is really fast at taking your order and fast with making our drinks. The atmosphere is really nice you can definitely tell its a coffee shop also a very nice place yo sit and do some work.

Not sure what to say. I just wanted some coffee and food this morning. I didn’t realize I did have any thing smaller than a 50. I waited in a long drive thru lane and when I finally get to the window they didn’t have change? It would have only been 30 back to me. I am not sure how this company doesn’t have that. I was very disappointed. Also I lost my Debt card or I woukd have used it.

OMG I LOVEEEEEEE this Starbucks!!!!!! Porsha and sally go above and beyond and so do all of the wonderful people I see every morning!! I could never start my day without going here first!! This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I wish I could give them a higher rating! Also there are so many wonderful people working here! I am trying to learn everyone’s names!!
