If you’re in the mood for a reliable grande latte and a few minutes of mobile-app scrolling, this Starbucks on Tesson Ferry is a solid stop. The baristas are friendly, the space is clean enough to pretend you’re checking emails in a fancy lobby. 
A few quirks:
• When it gets busy, you might find yourself staring into your iced coffee like it holds the answers to the universe — and wondering why your chai latte is taking so long. Reviewers mention sanitation and prep speed could use a boost. 
• It’s dependable for study-sessions or meet-ups, but if you need “blazing fast service while simultaneously conquering life,” you might leave slightly under-conquered. 
All told: I’d go back. Comfortable spot, good coffee, minimal drama. Just maybe don’t expect the coffee gods to deliver your order via lightning bolt.

Love this place, it’s clean and has plenty of space for customers who can easily sit and enjoy coffee and use the internet. I love the vibe of Starbucks compared to others near the st Louis area. Customer service was best. She was not in hurry, and ask for an order with a great smile. I will recommend it to everyone.

2/21/2026 @ 9:45 Came here for a doordash, maybe 10 people in the lobby. Went to pick up area for the dash and the employee immediately scorned me for even being there and said to go to the far right of the store. “Everyone knows that” Well it’s unmarked (pic provided) The drink was 20 minutes late. I’ve also had numerous dashes where they had iced drinks and the lid wasn’t on correctly so it leaked all over the bag and the customer’s food. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to with the most rude employees as well!

Was at this Starbucks location this morning. I was put in an embarrassing situation by one of the employees . I was trying to get a cup carrier for my coffee and a stopper and I was told that I just can’t grab things and she repeated it twice for everyone to hear like I’m stupid and can’t understand English. She’s judging me I think for my looks because I’m Asian.
I never have a problem before when I get things that I need for my order at this location such as napkins, paper bag, cup carrier and a stopper at the counter.
It’s there in front of me and I thought it’s for the customer. If they are worried about sanitation they should put my foods in a bag not on the counter I don’t even know if the counter is being wiped clean and they should put my hot coffee in a cup carrier and the order should be separated by the other orders. I had to look for my orders with all the other orders lying in the counter.

This Starbucks location boasts a good, clean, and spacious environment. It features a variety of seating options, including nice, comfortable chairs, a couch, benches, and bar tops. The coffee quality is consistent with other Starbucks locations, and the service is reasonably friendly. A solid choice for a quick coffee break or a place to relax and work.

Great customer service. Convenient. They always greet you and are always on time. Definitely recommend this location. Plenty of tables and areas to relax or study. They have plenty of receptacles to plug in your charger and laptop. The music isn’t loud into your years where you can’t hear yourself think. It’s the perfect level.

Asked how fresh coffee and answer was like 15 minutes and coffee was older than 30 minutes and she said no problem will get you fresh coffee soon as I turn around she poured old coffee I said I don’t want that coffee give me money back then other barista told me we will make fresh coffee they did pure over and was the worst coffee that I have in a while I don’t mind to wait I know they are busy I will always wait 15 minutes if I have to but give me what I asking for or just tell me no we can’t do and I don’t have problem with that

I have been to this location two times and ordered my go to drink. I am very familiar with the taste and the color of the drink since I drink it almost every day. My drinks come the same way no matter what Starbucks I go to except this one. The two times I have been here the same barista has made my drinks and they taste nothing like they should. They actually taste horrible. This has happened to me 2 times and it’s a shame that I can’t even drink the coffee I paid for. For reference I get a venti iced shaken blonde espresso, oat milk, 2 pumps sf vanilla, 2 pumps of caramel, 2 scoops of vanilla bean, and 1 stevia. The first picture is the same order at this location and the second picture is the same order at the Butler Hill location (what it should look like and always looks like). The color, the taste, and the strength are completely off. I had to spend double the money to get the right coffee several times. It’s upsetting, a waste of money and time. I will not be coming back to this location.
