Ordered out from here yesterday Saturday February 24th 2024 using Uber Eats as it was lunch/dinner at my job, and i didn’t want food from there. Ordered the turkey Cali footlong with red wine vingarette and onions. Sandwich was very good, and arrived hot. Overall enjoyed it, and hope to reorder again soon! or go in person!

I ordered a regular turkey footlong meal. Older man charged me for the titan turkey sub meal which is almost $5 more. I went to him with the receipt and he said that’s what I ordered the turkey pointing at the titan turkey meal on the wall. I told him I ordered a regular turkey sub not the Titan turkey which has double the meat which explains the extra cost. I did not get any extra meat just the normal. I even showed him online the price difference of the classic turkey and titan turkey on the subway website. He argued with me and would NOT refund me the money. Don’t go here. They are very rude and will scam you. Subway is already very expensive. He also said they don’t accept any coupons. This place is such BS.

Terrible service, no toppings, they don’t take coupons, they don’t do meal of the days and they are always out of EVERYTHING!!!! People who work there are rude and heaven forbid, a customer interrupts there personal conversation. They overcharge for the Happy Gilmore cups as well and don’t give a drink with it! Just don’t waste your time here!

The worker here especially the older gentleman is very rude with a smart attitude the entire time. I said i wanted cookies with my meal and insisted I get chips. I don’t appreciate having to argue with a cashier as I order my food. Zero stars if possible and I don’t recommend this subway to anyone in the area.

The men working the counter were nasty and smug. They literally shamed me because i politely asked if i could have ranch dressing instead of the Suraci. I explained I didn’t realize just how HOT the sauce was. It was too spicey (hot) for me. they responded to me “well you should have known. I asked you what you wanted, and you said that”. And then continue to go on about how I only get one top. And I apologized for that and acknowledged the policy. The fact is I would’ve happily paid $.50 the extra side, recognizing i had ordered an item and opened it -making it not able to be resold. But for the Stance the behavior, and the smug attitude of these men, I will not come back to this establishment. Horrific and unnecessary, asinine treatment of another human being. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very weird vibe in there. I picked up my food, and there was barely any meat on the subs. I ordered through the subway app and ordered a bottled beverage and the worker insisted that I only got the fountain drink.

Ordered TWO different $6.99 footlongs on the app. What did Subway do? Only made ONE! Claimed it was the same order. Showed them TWO order numbers but they REFUSED to make the second. Sad! Got a refund for one, wish I got a refund for the other. The food was PATHETIC! Workers? Not nice. Terrible customer service. No wonder Subway is CRUMBLING and sales are TANKING! So many better options, Jersey Mike’s right next door! way much better. Believe me

NASTY, SKIMPY and DISHONEST! We ordered two tuna foot long sandwiches. One of the breads was kinda slimy on the end. Not sure if it touched something wet or dirty, or if the worker used an unclean glove to make the sandwich. There was barely any tuna on the sandwiches – part of both sandwiches was just bread and mayo. And worst of all, they overcharged my elderly mother and did not offer her the advertised promotion. Shame on you. We’ve eaten a lot of Subway as a family over the years, but this experience has me convinced that they should just let the brand die off if they can’t offer a quality product with decent service. Sad!
