Food is trash. My chicken tenders are the size of my finger, also really hard to chew. I order a plain twister and receive it with bacon. My mac and cheese looks like it’s been sitting under a hot lamp for two days at a cookout.

Takes a while to produce your order if they give you the right one. Typically they don’t have good customer service at the counter employees are generally unhappy at the counter. Atmosphere is not so great inside but food is decent.

We ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and a 16 piece chicken meal which came with 4 sides and biscuits. They didn’t have 4 pieces of chicken and said it would be a 16 min wait. That turned into 22 mins. I thought they would at least offer a free surfs for the long wait, especially since my bill was $70.00! Hubby said the breast meat should’ve been kept in the fryer longer-seemed pink. Fries were good but salty. Biscuits and Mac n cheese tasted good.

Went in this evening and I order two, 2 piece original chicken, mashed n biscuit to go. No beverage. Cashier told me they had no legs. She ask if “I will have a breast n wing instead” which I replied ‘ that is fine..
What struck me about it. There was trays of chicken in the racks. Was it that hard to offer two thighs instead.?? When its time to pay. She tells me it’s $21.84. Which I found odd. As the KFC app states $5.. I said I wasn’t going to pay almost $22 for 2 snack box. She said, that’s because I got breast instead. I walked out. I will never patronize that place again.

This will be last time we come here. They are always out of stuff. At dinner They are out of extra crispy or out of this type. You would have to wait forever for it. Food was cold this time. Not worth it so we will go to a different one

My compliments to the staff! I was lured into this restaurant by an entire page of coupons that I got in a mailer. I ordered a box of “original” chicken consisting of a wing, thigh, and drumstick. It was flawlessly prepared, juicy and not overcooked. For my 2 included sides, I chose steaming hot mashed potatoes with gravy and delicious, finely shredded coleslaw, with just the right amount of dressing. I just hope my local KFC, in northcentral Maryland, is able to produce such excellent cuisine.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line for a mobile order (placed 10 minutes before arrival) only to find out I was waiting the whole time for the person‘s order behind me and my order was sitting there. Everyone needs to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A and Target if they are going to offer mobile pickup!!
