So the cashier on weekends is my guy!! So nice. Sweet guy. Now the owner or cooks son needs to find another job. He doesn’t know the prices. He doesn’t know the menu. He can’t cook either. The regular cook the older man is the best!!! If they not there I kind of don’t want to go in. I was overcharged for the same thing we always get when the son rang us up. And when he cooked our meal before it was nothing like the older man cook. Cheese sticks all the cheese was out. My okra was all stuck together.

Horrible place, prices are overpriced. Fish quality has changed. Taste has changed. Fish slices are thinner and this location Fish taste old. My husband and I paid $60.00 for 12 pieces of catfish! We drive 45-55 min to this location and was miserably dissatisfied and dissappointed in the thin old tasting fish quality. I would not recommend this location. They have changed J&J original taste. Absolutely HORRIBLE! ☹️

Worst service I’ve ever had, got 3 wings and a pizza puff with mild sauce and lemon pepper on the side. When I tell you they gave me my pizza puff and chicken swimming in sauce. I told them that this is wrong the cashier who is so unprofessional started yelling at me saying thats what I ordered. He eventually gave me money back but best believe I’m not going back there.

The food is pretty good however, you better tell them “EASY LEMON PEPPER” or else some of the young ladies that they hire, needs to be more people oriented. The older lady that works there, always be makes me laugh, she always bothering someone “for fun and giggles”. The men don’t laugh often but; she sets the mood. If, you can’t joke or laugh then, stay at home. I buy the catfish “ALL STEAKS”, I think the large orders need to come with more pieces. The store needs to create a better ambiance, to make the customer have that wow look of excitement. Thank you for all that you do.
