Will never give business to firehouse again. Placed an online order at 1205. It is 1248 and after realizing that some of the many guests also waiting for online orders had ordered before us tried to ask an associate an eta. They were not even aware of the order and were so far behind it was obvious myself and the other online orders were not getting our food. Terrible staff terrible management. I walked out and so did 2 others. Will be escalating to corporate as it has been an issue or incredible wait every time I’ve came here.Will never give business to firehouse again. Asked an employee for a towel to wipe the table. He stated there are no paper towels available in that area. The table was not cleaned with a wet towel, nor did anyone come to clean it for customers. I ended up using a paper towel myself. Poor customer service experienced on January 23, 2026, at 12:45 PM.

Placed a mobile order and it took forever. One worker would tell people their food was being made, then another would come up and say it hadn’t even been started. The whole place felt really unorganized. One of the workers was yelling at the others loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. It also took around 10 minutes before anyone even came up to take people’s orders. Really disappointing experience.

My husband went out to pick up our food we ordered on.line. his sub was perfect, mine was so far from what I ordered I couldn’t eat it. I order Italian. No ham, no mayo with dressing. All it had was mayo like it was dipped in the jar. No pepperoni, no dressing. Just completely not what I ordered. I shouldn’t have to go back for what I wanted

I went 4/9/25 ordered a sub and it came out in a timely manner, was made perfect, the staff was nice and was clean. Been a long time since all things were good. It’s been a long time since I was pleased with my visit. Good job staff!
