Hello! I purchased an Uber Eats delivery that costed me $140. I had 6 dinners and only received 3.
The restaurant is telling me they can’t do anything about it and to contact uber.
Uber Eats is making me wait 6-24 hours to TALK TO A ROBOT ABOUT A REFUND!
The cashier tells me that the manager will most likely not want to call me back anyway and tell me “this is what he is going to tell you”
Then I called back to speak to him again and she told me “well he came in, he ate his food, and then he left back out”
What type of customer service is that? You guys won’t call me back or even compensate any of my meals .. remind you I paid $140 on UBER EATS DELIVERY!
Business , please start hiring workers that can read , write, and count! This is unacceptable. Not only do I not have my food, but I also don’t have my money..
So what now, because if I come up there it’s not going to be pretty.

We ordered all chicken after seeing an IG post of how delicious it was. I must say I liked it, My daughter loved it, and my niece said it was just ok! They said the lady who provided the customer service was really nice to them (they’re teenagers). They spent their own money so of course they said it was a bit pricey. Definitely will go back and order my sauce on the side (they did not scimp out on the mild sauce.) Sorry I haven’t patronized this neighborhood establishment sooner! I went back recently and grabbed a shrimp dinner and it was pretty good!

Love love LOVED this place! Me and my Fiancée loved our chicken tender dinners, chicken well seasoned, good fries, and the mild sauce is FIRE. Not only that, but the taffy grapes are like crack they’re SO addicting! The banana pudding is to die for! Will come back again!

I will no longer be a repeat customer. i am not sure if they changed owners or what. I ordered a 8pc dark special and received miniature pieces of dried, overcooked chicken, not one piece with edible meat. I will try the REAL Harold’s across the street from now on. Total waste of money!

The cashier was very short and had a very negative attitude. The wait was unusually long and the food was HORRIBLE! Fries were cold, barely sauces and undercooked, chicken was old (at least it tasted like it) and not cooked well! Truly disappointed!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon. Not only was the food fresh and good but the service was outstanding. The young lady at the counter was so nice. Most of the time when you go to chicken spots they have attitudes and rush you while ordering. I never take it too personally but still. Even when she left for break , the cook came to take over and his attitude was great as well.

I requested “extra ketchup packets” with my Grubhub order. Evidently someone took offense and deliberately soaked my fries in ketchup leaving my food soggy and inedible. Colossally disappointing as I was a repeat customer. Not sure why someone chose to do this. I won’t order from them again.

Ordered 3 six wing dinners fried hard. Returned dinners as a result of chicken not being fresh or fried hard. Manager provided me with 3 new orders. Wings were much smaller, not fresh, tastes old. I spent $32 for nothing.
