This location is an all kiosk ordering location with no assistance for individuals that are not comfortable with kiosk ordering. I just wanted to note that for all, my real issue is/was with the customer service. They somehow lost my order so after it was apparent to me that orders places well after mine were being filled I inquired about my order. Management would not even talk to me, but kept relaying messages to their employees to give me. They accused me of not paying, which was not the case and after some time, finally found my original order and remade it, but that was after a 15-20 minute wait. I will not go back to that Taco Bell and may be hesitant to go to any others in St. Joe, if they are all managed the same?

Save yourself some time and trouble and go to the taco bell across the street from hyvee. This location sucks. Everytime we come here, they get something from our order wrong or just completely missing altogether. This is the one closest to our house and something so stupid happened tonight that I’m just completely done with this location. 9:00 at night, we were the only car in the drive thru. I informed the worker that we have 2 separate orders. She responds “we can only take one order at a time.” I responded with why? She said “because our manager said so.” And i said, “why cant we just put in one order at a time, then another order at a time?” She seriously responded “well, you can put in one order, come to the window and get it, then drive around and go through again.” I laughed and said, “no thanks, I’ll just go to the other location.”
So, if the manager of this location ever sees this, just know, you lost out on 2 sales because you apparently have staff that cant handle more than one at a time. I went to the other location and told the worker the story and she just rolled her eyes and said “that’s not surprising, they cant do anything right down there.” Like I said, I’m done with this location completely. I’ll just go a little further to one that can actually do their job correctly and efficiently, and more kindly I might add.

My problem was my food my ddoritos locos tacos one was broken up and the other was soggy the pablano steak rolled quesidila was supposed to have the peppers removed extra steak and rice added nothing was extra or added and the peppers were still on it and it was nasty and leaking out the sides the worst experience ive had I waited a long time and spent extra for extra

I placed the online mobile order yesterday 12/13/25. I waited over a half an hour for my order to be made after being told numerous times that it was in queue and being processed even showing on the app, but that was not the case. Me and several others that were waiting in line for Linley weights were told that the drive-through is party in mobiles, pick up, DoorDash orders were not. I was asked if my order was a mobile order or DoorDash once I said it was a personal mobile order it was as if it did not matter and it will get done when it got done. The lady at the counter tried to assist and even want to speak to someone named Shaun to see how long it will take to get our orders completed as I’ve been waiting for a while. He was very rude and said they’re doing the best they can and we need to be patient and don’t come and bother him anymore, which was very disturbing and I asked her who is he talking to because that was very unprofessional. Myself along with others tried to cancel our orders, but was told that it was already in queue and there’s no order cancel nor get our money back and all we could do is wait. For one luxe box meal in a taco there is no reason why I should’ve waited more than 30 minutes to get my order. With me complaining the lady did offer a coupon for one free taco which I told her I would be filing a complaint and leaving a review so thanks but no thanks. I understand it was not her fault, but the crew did not help. They even laughed and talked as we were upset (myself and other customers) while waiting for our order. There was no sense of urgency and lack of empathy.

I have been waiting here for half an hour on 2 tacos. TWO. I placed 2 mobile orders for myself before I ever got in my car and drove to the location. I live approximately 8 minutes away. This is ridiculous and super unprofessional. Drive through customers have pulled in, ordered, gotten their food, and left…multiple customers. Yet, my TWO tacos still have yet to be made.

Be aware when you order the box combos online that you may not get the correct burritos in your box. On more than one occasion I have ordered the boxes online. Today i ordered the lux box and also a single cheesy bean and rice burrito as well as a burrito supreme combo. My daughter got the lux combo had most of the burrito eaten when I went to eat what I thought was the cheesy bean and rice burrito I discovered it was her 5 layer burrito. They obviously do not check before they pack up the food. When I called the manager I spoke with acted like this was not a big deal they said so do you want a replacement burrito or what? No apology was given had a poor attitude. I used to think this was the best location to go to I now feel otherwise

I didn’t catch the name of the cashier when I picked up my order but whoever was at the window on 12/4 at 4:30ish was absolutely amazing not only were they kind and fast but after several times in a row going to taco bell it meant id get no sauce if I didn’t check the bag and seem rude asking for it. Today they counted the exact amount I asked for and they deserve a raise for going above and beyond amongst their peers.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from the employees. I was doing a DoorDash pickup and was clearly told to pull to the front to wait for my order. I had two orders. After waiting around 20 minutes, I was then told to go back through the drive-thru, and the employee completely denied ever telling me to pull forward.
What makes this worse is that the food was already ready, yet no one made any effort to inform me or hand it over. They did not even try to call me back to the drive-thru or communicate properly. This was not a big order at all, so there was no excuse for the delay. When I tried to clarify the situation, they were rude, dismissive, and slammed the window shut while I was still talking.
This is not the first bad experience at this location. Especially the African-American employee, who has been rude before. Also the blonde girl was really rude. On this occasion, the door was left open, so I went inside, and even then, despite the food being ready, they still would not hand it to me or handle the situation professionally.
This kind of behavior wastes my time, ruins my DoorDash rating, and costs me money, especially in the middle of the night. Extremely disrespectful staff, poor management, and a complete lack of professionalism. Worst experience I’ve had, and I do not recommend this location at all.

they had no beef, we ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito no rice & a steak quesadilla then got to the window and they told us they were out of steak for one of the items. so i got chicken in my quesadilla instead. still paid for the steak quesadilla. when we opened the food, the burrito had rice & 1/4 of the quesadilla was just tortilla. no cheese no chicken.

These people are a joke on night shift. My husband went in to pick up my online order and he got yelled at by one of the employees outside the building. This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been too. They also made my husband feel stupid which is unacceptable. Will not return
