I have been coming to this location for a long time, but moved away in the last year and was visiting the neighborhood so decided to stop and for my favorite pura Vida bowl. There was nobody in the store yet the three ladies who were working were too busy on their phones and talking with each other to greet us. After a few minutes, they finally took our order. The açai base is usually a huge portion of the bowl and the granola is typically light to medium. We barely got any açai base today and the fruit on top was nowhere near what it should be. Usually the top of the bowl is covered with the fruit. See pictures below. I will not be back to this location . The taste is always exceptional but the portion today was terrible.

Not bad but beware if you get power bowls, the protein powder does not come mixed in. Also extremely understaffed theres only one person working at a time making multiple orders.

Extremely disappointed in the young, immature girls they hire to run this business. These bowls aren’t cheap and first bad experience occurred when we paid extra for a few ingredients (nutella,white chocolate) and got NONE added. Of course, we make it all the way home. We are still waiting for a refund for my daughter’s Bowl.
Tonighter was a DONE deal for me. Not sure if they recognized my name but I ordered 3 bowls and as my daughter dug in came accross a dark hair,she pulls it and it snapped off. The other half was buried i to the nutella. See pics for proof. I immediately called the store can I ask the young lady is there someone with dark hair that works with you? She put me on hold when I told her what I found in our Bowl, she started to laugh. I cannot believe that she actually found this funny. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she then connected me with another associate who claims to be a lead. I was promised a refund. But I am more offended by how funny they thought this was. This will be my last time going to the store and I’m very disappointed because we did bring them a lot of business. I hope they hire better workers or I don’t see the store lasting. Very disappointed..this was out spot

I ordered via doordash pickup and couldnt edit the options . I have a gluten allergy and I arrived to the store and asked if they could remake it without the regular granola and they did it so quickly. I always love the bowl but today made my day!

Usually a decent experience, but Saturday was awful. It started when the young man took my order.. I couldn’t understand a word he said. He spoke too low and was not very knowledgeable when I asked about a smoothie and had to check on many things. I ended up ordering an Aloha now because it was just easier. Then, it took almost 20 minutes to get my smoothie in hand. He started on it, had to replenish frozen fruit, got side tracked and took other orders and worked on them before finally finishing my sole smoothie. Food is always great, but this service was terrible. The family behind me also had a hard to with their order when he took it. They must have said “what” a half dozen times as he spoke low and the music is moderately loud. I’d consider other options next time due to this slow service.

I’m very upset I’ve been wanting to try the protein bowls for a while but they were a little expensive so i decided to wait but today i finally decided to get it since they send me a notification saying that if i get one bowl they’ll give me free protein bites so since most of the times i go they say they’re out of stock on some things I decided to call before going because i wanted the bowl and the protein snack, so they said that they still had them and that they were going to close in an hour which i was okay with because i had time to drive there, so i got there and ask them for a bowl and i was going to pay with cash but they said that weren’t receiving cash so i had to pay with my car which it was okay since i had money on my account but i still wanted to pay cash and they made my bowl but it doesn’t really look appetizing as in the picture after they were done i ask for the bites and they told me they didn’t have any, the girls in there weren’t mean but I feel that they didn’t really pay much attention to me and I was the only person in there the just wanted to leave since I came a little late. I’m not satisfied with my bowl and also i didn’t get what i was supposed to get which got me more upset

Very clean in all areas, dining and especially behind the counter. Staff is always welcoming, helpful and knowledge about their products and the benefits of each. The portions are a great size for the price!

The last 2 visits were not great. 1st was in the summer, ordered 2 bowls, as they are making it I notice the base is watery. I didn’t say anything till I saw the final product and it was like soup. I said please refund my card, this is not acceptable. I asked to talk to the manager, who apparently wasn’t there. The girl told me they aren’t allow to change the temps on freezers. That’s great, not what I asked….. but maybe if the container was in the freezer this wouldn’t be a problem. The containers were sitting on the counter when I walked in.
