I love to stop at this SB. Most of the employees there are friendly. Good customer service. They set expectations high bc when I go other Starbucks I want the same treatment I get here. Wrong order no problem no questions asked they are happy to help.

Have been going to Starbucks a bit more within this past year and this has become my favorite location. Kelly, Keke , Holly & the rest of the staff always go above and beyond and are super nice. Some days I go in and order and can just sit for hours because it has a very welcoming atmosphere. Keep doing what you’re doing guys

For 3 days in a row. I came in sat down and ordered something on my phone. Each day, one of the employees bugged me and ask me to order or leave. When I tell then I did on the app. They made a face and walked off. I wonder why they only ask me this? Mostly the tall lady with the glasses.

Nope, Nope, Nope. I order from this particular location most of the time. I normally use either Doordash or Ubereats because I am unable to make it here in the mornings. Every single order was prepared wrong. Now, I get it.. they are busy and I’m ok with a mess up here and there. But today was the last straw. I ordered a Carmel Frap. I received a carmel Macchiato (I think?) Anyone that drinks coffee from Starbucks knows the difference between the two. One is a cold blended coffee, the other is a hot coffee. Not even sure how that was messed up. Ok, whatevs. I placed a second order, just minutes after the first order was delivered. This time i did get my carmel frap, however, I was NOT prepared correctly. Starbucks, if you are gonna charge us for extra carmel, whip cream, etc etc, at least give me what I pay for. I will forever support Starbucks. Just not this location

Staff was very friendly except the barista seemed like something was bothering her. I will definitely come back and chat with the nice lady who was calling out drink orders. Very warm and friendly.

Service is what led me this review. This has been the only Starbucks that delivered my croissant to me while I was dining in. They usually just call me to the pick up area. Really nice, thank you.

This is my favorite location
My complaint isnt about this locations staff but rather their customers who choose to go to the drive-thru….
…this past weekend I arrived at Starbucks and there were about 5 cars in line…after 20 minutes I was finally the second car in line…this guy sat in his car trying to have a full blow conversation with the barista…I was beyond upset because I had to sit behind him for another 25 minutes while he had this conversation which made me late for my doctors appointment…
The drive thru literally has no way to get around someone if they are taking to long…or if you are in an emergency…or medical distress…so I was basically trapped having to listen to this dude have this conversation…
…Customers if yall want to have a conversation dont do it in a line that’s supposed to be quick, get your lazy self out of the car and bother them inside the store…

I was also not the only one waiting…there was another 5 cars behind me..

He was a very selfish man…

They never fill the cup up then wanna look at you crazy when you request that they remake the drink. The “barista” said she didn’t fill it up all the way because it’s an “ice drink.” What does that have to do with it? Check out my picture. They literally filled the cup to the middle and then put foam in it. I waited for the foam to settle down to take the picture and show the true volume. It’s like this every time I come here. I hate calling corporate every single time to get a refund. I wish they would close this place down.
