Do not come here. The store was empty and there were no cars in the drive thru. I waited to speak with someone to place my order and no one answered so I pulled around and saw 3 workers inside talking to each other. I then pulled around again and my order was placed. The fries were hard as sticks. I seemed to inconvenience them by ordering food. This place is undeserving of their convenient location, we can only hope they go under soon and are replaced by a place where you don’t inconvenience workers by ordering food.

Not sure if it’s just understaffed or what but this location takes forever to get you your order. I’ve waited as long as 45 minutes with one car in front of me. Sometimes just under half of that is at the speaker waiting to order. I always end up with a warm sandwich and cold fries. The order is also usually wrong having cheese or pickle on it or both when I ask for both to be removed. I have a weird love of the whopper sandwich so unfortunately I continue to try again when I have a craving but man, get it together. There is no way that a 45 minute wait for food is acceptable or that you should wait more than 5 minutes at a speaker without even being greeted. There isn’t another location nearby unfortunately otherwise I would go there.

ordered a sausage bacon croissant. waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru. got an only bacon where in 80% of the bacon was straight fat. I recognize this place is severely understaffed but that has to change. this is bananas.

Put Mayo on my burger when the ticket said “NO mayo” This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten a whopper and with no mayo and I’ve gotten mayo on it.

Here’s the thing most people would probably leave a bad review after waiting for 20 minutes to get their food unless they take the time to realize that Michael’s here working all by himself taking orders and holding it down You did a fantastic job for being a one-man crew poor guys doing it all by himself with no help Big shout out to him!

I have never met a worker who I could tell she loved her job and makes ever customer feel like they are the only one until yesterday I was honored to meet Peaches. I had messed up my mobile order and she went above and beyond to make things right even tho it was my error. I hope you keep her on your staff because she is 1 in a million.

½ the staff is amazing, ½ is completely horrific, and it’s sad to see the great employees being set up for failure without the right tools to succeed. The fryers obviously need to be changed. Everything was so grotesque looking from the fryer, but we at least we had nice staff this time.

This location will never disappoint me. Food has always been great for me, makes me remember why I love Whoppers. Wait time can be slow during rush hour, but you can’t beat that exceptional customer service. The workers are always so polite and kind and never forget to add my sauces to my bag.

Waited 20 minutes for a French fry. My Whopper was burnt to a crisp/completely inedible. They also gave me a Whopper Jr. Patty even though I ordered a Whopper. After reaching out to customer service, they said the best they could do was a measly $3 credit that doesn’t even cover the cost of a Whopper. Avoid this location, take your money elsewhere and don’t expect customer service to make your situation whole.
