Very impressed by the service I received on 1/26 12:30pm. I never had good experiences at Panda Express years back and just now decided to try them again. Prices were good and they had that chickfila style of atmosphere to make the guest feel great. I also appreciate them being open during this poor weather

Took well over 40 minutes in the drive through to get a few orders of teriyaki chicken at 8pm. Its not even near closing time and half the items are not prepped and ready to serve. Also the last 4 out of 5 times I have visited they are always out of unsweet tea for some reason. Its a bit further of a drive but I guess ill just end up going to a different one from now on.

The AI order taker in the drive thru is absolutely atrocious and irritating. I don’t understand why AI has to be constantly crammed down our throats. The service from actual Humans was fantastic. But because of the AI I will not be ordering from here again until it’s removed.

On 8/3 I went there to pick up an order consisting of 4 meals. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:50. I arrived and the order wasn’t even prepped yet. They didn’t start making it till almost 5:00. Then when I got the food it was absolutely disgusting. The broccoli beef tasted like it was ran through the dish washer. The fried rice and sesame chix didn’t taste good to the person who ordered it. First time ordering from here and definitely was not impressed. I hate writing bad reviews but this one I just couldn’t Ignore it. Definitely not coming back. And I would definitely tell others to not come here as well.

We did an online order, we asked for just a little less veggies and a little more meat. This is what we got. I ordered a plate with double meat but looks like I only got half the meat. I feel like they did it on purpose just because we asked for less veggies.

This is the third time I came in to order a bigger plate and my order is messed up. I ordered a bigger plate with kungpao chicken brocoli beef n beijing beef. Only received beef n brocoli and kungpao chicken. I did not want to eat that much beef and brocoli. I called and complained so they can be aware and maybe try better next time but the person I spoke with blamed it on their system messing up taking orders. Nope it shows on the receipt that the order of beijing beef was there so Its definitely not the system messing up.
