The food is good, IF you can actually order it. Either they don’t have a driver, their one driver is too busy and it will be 2 hours for orders, or like right now, online ordering is unavailable. I give up trying to support Papa John’s and will spend my money at a store that can actually support their customers needs. Maybe I’ll try again in the future and if I do, I’ll update this review.

We camp near this store. Just ordered for the first time. Delivery was super fast, food was delicious, and the driver was super polite!! They even gave us plates and napkins with our order. We will definitely order again!!

Super disappointed to pick up my pizzas today and realize they were thin crust when I ordered thick crust. Order was not repeated back to me over the phone, could have been avoided. Then they didn’t want to provide the garlic dipping sauce. First time visitor to this location, most likely won’t be back.

Great place. Great pizza! There’s no place to dine in here but we took our pizza and ate it at the park. It’s nice to be able to see them make your pizza and see how clean the place is. I also love the garlic sauce. We tried the cinnamon melts (not sure if that’s what they’re called) but they were DELICIOUS!

I went inside Guntersville Papa John’s to or 2 panini sandwiches & 2 side orders, They didn’t make 1 sandwich right & had to remake it, (I had to wait like another 15 mins). They ‘forgot to put cheese on my Philly Cheesesteak’. As they start to remake it, I look up & the so called cooks r literally eating my sandwich that they just messed up while they r preparing my other one! That is discussing! I won’t b back! But am calling corporate & my order was just awful, couldn’t eat it! I tried to give my dog a bite of the actual crust & she wouldn’t eat it!

Here’s a review, you employ individuals who are dressed in your company uniform while stealing. Mind you to inform your employees that certain areas of Guntersville is county & the sign says no trespassing. I would suggest your company to enforce that stealing is not tolerated on or OFF company property
