Fantastic new pizza store in the heart of Jackson. I ordered the regular and Italian slices, both were large and fresh. The Italian has more herbs, and is more authentic. The American is your classic NY slice. Definitely up there in the top Lakewood pizza. When I went the service was quick and they were very generous.

I recently checked out a new Pizza store that just opened in Jackson, NJ called Say Cheese Pizza. They have a location in Monsey, NY and this is their second location. What makes this Pizza store different? They are nut free, sesame free and even egg free! That’s right! They also have Spelt Pizza, Gluten Free, Whole Wheat and Sourdough Pizza! Pictured below are some of the pies we sampled. All the Pizzas are made with their own dough recipes.
First off the American Pie had a crust that doesn’t flop, it holds up very well. Then we have classic whole wheat. The Italian pizza with high quality Italian flour and tomato, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil. For vegetables, they keep everything fresh and bug free. They also had Sourdough Eggplant Parmesan Pizza, a classic spelt pizza with Italian sauce which is healthier, a white pizza with their own white sauce, ricotta cheese, spinach and onion on a spelt pizza crust, a gluten free pizza which has nice rise to it with veggies, and finally a Hawaiian Pizza, which means pineapple and jalapeño. They also included garlic nuts, onion rings, fries and sweet potato fries. The pies we sampled were all person pie sized and not your usual 18” pies. Some pies are not available in regular size and only personal pies size. The food was delicious and more importantly, the cheese didn’t bother my sensitive stomach. Definitely worth trying out.

This entire restaurant is vegetarian and has a lot of vegan choices. The sour dough pizza is amazing. Honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The owner was also very welcoming to everyone regardless of if you normally keep kosher or not.
