WHAT IS THIS BS?!? This is why I never go to Starbucks. At what point do you learn how to steam milk like actual coffee shops? This is bad fast food, not coffee! Paying this much for the worst latte I have ever had makes me furious. I want a real latte. AND the 12 Oz drinks still only have one shot of espresso. Starbucks is highway robbery. That’s not a latte! I paid almost 8 dollars for this and I’m leaving furious. I have never had coffee this bad. It’s terrible foam just sitting on top of BITTER coffee. There are places that can train you guys to steam milk properly and how to dial in your espresso beans…. It’s not that hard.

Thank you Starbucks for ruining my Friday coffee. I came in at about 8:30am, ordered an iced macchiato. The barista brings it hot,no big deal,they remade an iced one. Then the male barista working, decided to ignore me and chat with another lady customer. He looked at me as my coffee was sitting there and ignored me and my order. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or if he was just mean but he ignored me and my coffee for 5 to 10 minutes, maybe longer. All this while I’m waiting there for my coffee. I’m a health care worker and was needing to get on to my clients and my workday. I am very disappointed with this Starbucks location, it’s extremely rare to find this level of service at Starbucks but here it is.
I would recommend if you have work, clients, patients or important things to do, find another coffee shop.

Every time I try to get coffee there no one is working. The drive through is blocked off and people are outside picketing. I’ll just go to another coffee shop from now on because really it’s worthless to have a Starbucks if nobody’s going to work. It’s bad enough that we are already paying a ton for a cup of coffee and getting asked for an additional tip

Awful! Just awful! This place always messes up my drink, I usually go thru the drive thru, then have to get out to go in to have a new drink made. Stopped coming here awhile ago. Was passing by and thought I’d stop. At 2 in the afternoon they are closed with no sign on the door nothing. Save yourself time and either go north a bit more to the next one or south a bit further to that one. This one is awful!

Love the new place. Not as crowded as the old location. Plenty of seating for everyone including handicapped. It’s huge but still not as big as the Greenwood Village location. This location does have meeting room seating with a large table for 12 people. This location now has a drive through. Diabetic-friendly food options available.
