Always has great customer service and pretty solid food. However I felt the need to do a review which I typically don’t do because of the vinaigrette. Whoever is packing the vinaigrette at this location is using way too much oil and not even mixing the seasoning. Wasting the store’s resources of it and lowering customer satisfaction simultaneously, management needs to sort that out.

A thick and short hair was in the pico de gallo. I was trying to be nice to ask for a new food and refund on store credit but the manager rosario denied my request. She dgaf tbh but it cool never spending money in her store and for you costumers be careful You can choke on a hair in your throat and even have a stomachache issue for a dirty hair.

My order was prepared and delivered on time, but I was very disappointed to find that the food arrived extremely cold. Heat is essential to bringing out Chipotle’s flavors, so this really took away from the meal.
It almost feels like I’m being penalized for choosing delivery—even though I paid extra for both the food and the convenience fee. I expect the same quality whether I pick up or have it delivered.
Please look into this, as the experience did not meet the standard I’m used to.

This chipotle is one of the best we have been to in a long time. The quality of the food was delicious, the portion sizes were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. 5 star experience! Shoutout to Lexie for being especially helpful and friendly. Happy Holidays!

Gross here. I try to give them a shot time and time again for my family of 5 because they like chipotles elsewhere and every single time this location fails. Adults can’t eat the food, kids barely do and say it’s gross. Sorry I ordered again. Chicken undercooked, tortillas hard and stale, (low portions of meat I guess for the best in this case here at this location). Truly disappointed.

Best Chipotle in the chain! Convenient, plenty of parking, bright wide open inside, limited covered seating outside.
The food is consistent, the chips are always on point and they are heavy handed with the portions.
Excellent service. The line moves quickly especially during the lunch rush and they are quick to clean a table.

Unsanitary, where they pass down the food it’s messy and then when they do clean it/ pickup the bits of food they don’t wipe with a rag they get a napkin and just whip… Mind you they do NOT change there gloves after that either!
The “manager” can be right beside the employees and she see’s the mess and does nothing.
Ma’am please you need to lead by example.

I would prefer to drive an additional 10-15 minutes to another location before ordering from here. The staff isn’t pleasant and with an open kitchen this place is always messy which says a lot about this establishment. After now reading some recent reviews I definitely will not be coming back.

If you order from them online, they will mess up the order. Every week when I order from them they miss something, one time it was twice on the same order. Mine as well call that location of Chipolte “can’t get right”.

I ordered a burrito bowl and a salad for my sister not even an hour ago. I was excited to get home and dig into my food. However, as soon as I started eating, I realized that the rice was undercooked and had an excessive amount of lemon juice. Although the rice appears fluffy, it is actually crunchy and unappetizing. I ended up throwing the entire bowl away, which was a complete waste of money. Definitely thinking about calling for some sort of compensation because neither I or my sister can eat this now. Just gross.
