When I pay high prices and get small size pieces of chicken that’s bad. When I pay high prices and dont even get the chicken I paid for that called stealing.
The menu says 2beasts, 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs.
I got 4 legs 3 thighs 1 breast and zero, count them zero wings and only 1 breast.
Plus when I bite into the chicken it tastes like it.was cooked 12 hours before. Dry, cold, hard, like leather.
This is lazy and the staff should be fired,

I ordered from the Taco Bell side on DoorDash for dinner. Party pack 12 soft shell tacos and got 6 hard and 6 soft. Barely any meat in them. I’m talking pencil thin and cold. I also ordered a crunch wrap supreme and substituted meat for steak. Came with barely any meat and wasn’t steak. This is the WORST fast food restaurant in Williamston/Pelzer area.

This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo restaurant. The food was fine once we got it. It seems they are short staffed perhaps(?) We and about 15 other people were waiting for food about 20 minutes. Other customers were complaining and huffing and puffing. The girl at the register kept her cool, stayed friendly and upbeat despite the delay on chicken. I ordered the Crunch Supreme, it was so thin and looked nothing like the picture. I regretted not getting the additional taco, because I thought the Crunch Supreme was going to definitely be enough.

The cashier was so sweet and professional. . However , when ordering food at a Restaurant, the last thing you want to see is someone’s makeup on the counter where they sit your food. It’s so unclean to have your eye makeup and lash curler right on the food counter. You guys are really slacking I. So many areas. It takes way too long to get anything to eat and it’s honestly ridiculous this had been an issue for the last 15 years. Do better. Get better management or something. Maybe just shut down all together.

Placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, then had to sit inside for 20 minutes waiting for my order. No one tried communicating with me, no one apologized for my extremely long wait. Then I get my food only to find it’s mostly cold. They gave me no utensils , napkins, or sauces. Very unprofessional location I will never visit again.

Chicken was overly cooked. I have had to wait over 5 minutes in the parking lot. One time over 15 minutes. They forgot about me. I mostly come for the tacos, but the two times I have gotten chicken…well, lets just say there will not be a 3rd time.

This is the worst KFC ever ,the food is dry and over cooked and we had to wait for 25 minutes to get so called fresh cooked chicken plus they gave me the wrong order, and only half the order was in my bag. Plus the kids working don’t know what is on menu for the price. Also a customer started a fight with me for trying to make my order correct. On other occasions the restaurant has left parts of the order out claiming that they only give you one gravy for two mashed potato. This restaurant is always nasty inside in the cooking area. I’m giving one star only because it doesn’t take 0 for comets

I don’t know why we even continue to try to eat from here. Live 2 miles away and food/service is ALWAYS wrong and terrible. My husband paid 42$ for food last night around 5pm. Chicken was burned. Didn’t receive 2nd bowl of mashed potatoes. No receipt was offered so we can’t even give proper review with real time.
