I had a really bad day today. I work for Amazon and I deliver packages to the customers. However, I was attack and called the N word because the man didn’t want ppl of color delivering his packages. However, the ppl at this Taco Bell made me feel seen and didn’t attack me for being black. Thank you for making me feel welcomed in such an awful situation. Need more workers like the guy that took my order at the front counter

This was our first visit to this location. It was a Thursday afternoon at 1:15. It has been recently updated so the interior is very nice. The bathrooms were clean. We ordered food at one of their 2 kiosks. Our food was ready in just a few minutes. Their drive thru was operating as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Old building look Look dirty mess, my order up. Customer service is not great when I took the messed up order back argued with me. I said I did order it that way I had my receipt that said I didn’t oh, my bad just won’t go back. So your experience will better than mine.

Their soda fountain sprayed me in the face and all over my shirt. And then a piece of it broke off and fell into my cup. When I let the workers, they didn’t really seem to care. Made it seemed like it was normal lol. They also made my burrito wrong but they remade it. I then asked if I could get some avocado ranch cause I thought I ordered it with my meal but I didn’t so yeah that was my bad. Thought maybe they could just give me some since their foundation sprayed all over me but nope still wanted to me pay so I said I’m good.

I have always had great service here, very rarely any concerns or disappointments, but recently I’ve noticed something seems to be going south at a management level. I was dining in Sunday afternoon, and had an issue with one of the items I had ordered. The ‘manager’ on duty, basically rolled her eyes and pretended to refund my money for that item. She didn’t give me any receipt showing the refund taking place. It still hasn’t been refunded to my card. I will update if and when that changes, but the attitude of the lady I talked to really leads me to believe she straight lied about that being refunded. And the item in question was one of the more expensive items on the menu.
