I saw a commercial for this place and decided to give it a try instead of Chipotle. That was a mistake, I won’t be back. Burrito was leaking everywhere. The manager kept asking for a survey and was practically on his knees begging for one. I even over heard him ask an employee to take one after I refused . Chipotle definitely has better food and a more relaxed environment

Staff was super accommodating and made us feel welcome in their very clean establishment. Portions were generous. If I asked for extra freebies they didn’t give me the side eye like a certain other fast casual burrito place across the street. Chips (and everything else!) were very fresh and perfectly seasoned.

My boyfriend and I usually get Qdoba at another location and it’s always awful, the people who work there hate their lives and job, so coming here was a breath of fresh air! The staff here was INCREDIBLE. We will be coming back. Thank you guys so much!

Service was slow and unenthusiastic. Manager on duty emerged from the office as if she’d just been woken up from a nap, still wearing personal wireless music earbuds around the kitchen. No one cleaned anything during the entire visit. Store was dirty, garbages overflowing and food prep area was covered in spilled food, no food labels and tons of empty containers. Food tasted fine, surprisingly.
