Every time I’ve come here I’ve had a good experience except for the last. Late last night I ordered two cantina tacos no sauce. I get home, take a bite. There’s sauce. Drive back to the drive-thru. I explained the mistake. No problem. She goes to hand me one taco I said no it’s two. She says no problem 1 sec. A snarky little Hispanic man in a visor and glasses comes to the window and ask to see my bag with the mistaken order. He looks in the bag throws it away and then hands me the bag and says nothing. You think I placed an order at 1:30 in the morning then drove back at 2:00 in the morning just to come beat you for a taco? Like I’m trying to get one over on you? Really insulting. Someone needs to teach that guy manners by the way everybody else who works there is absolutely fantastic. That guy needs to get some training tho

There was poop on the floor and inside the urinal, someone brought this to their attention and one woman said, “ok I will check thank you” but even tho they’re not busy no one came to check or clean the restroom. I could hear them talking and laughing in the back but no restroom check while I was there, and it’s very disgusting to go in there.

I recently found myself at Taco Bell in Orange, CA during a brief and unplanned pit stop, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.
Right from my entry, I was met with a warm greeting and a smooth ordering process via their kiosk. I appreciated the staff member providing me with the restroom code swiftly, making my short visit even more seamless.
The restroom cleanliness was a pleasant surprise, displaying a high standard of maintenance that is always appreciated, yet often overlooked.
Emerging from the restroom, my food was already prepared and ready to go, reflecting the efficiency of their service. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail from the server who double-checked my order, a simple chicken crunch wrap. His attentiveness extended to asking about my sauce preference twice, ensuring that my meal was exactly how I wanted it.
As for the food, my first encounter with the chicken crunch wrap was a delight. It was good and would get again for sure.
While the food quality was on par with other locations, it was the exemplary service that set this Taco Bell apart. I would certainly return for another visit when I’m in the area. The dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail at this Taco Bell location was truly commendable.

Staff is always friendly; they maintain great attitudes even when it’s hectic (during lunch rush)! Only issue is the new item – loaded steak fries ($6) only comes with about 8 fries. Good though!

This taco bell location is strange and I’ll explain why upon entering you are well greeted but when walking to the counter to order employees discourage you and tell you to order at kiosk which isn’t bad but I do prefer human interaction, Secondly they charge for everything I orders a few things but for example I also got there guacamole which is absolutely disgusting since there js no flavor at all I was given like 15 mini chips with a quarter side of guacamole I kindly as them for extra since I’m a paying customer for a $4 order they want to charge me another $2 and some change for a Pathetic side I’m absolutely stuned they would do such a thing I don’t recommend this location since there customer service is absolutely horrific save yourself the headache and go to Carl’s jr next door

Fast and speedy drive thru. Placed order online and picked up order lickety split thru the drive thru. The order was accurate and service good. Prices were lower than other Taco Bell’s for combo items.

Drove into the drive through line at 4:56 with one car ordering at the drive thru kiosk. She too a hell of a long time ordering. When I get up to the kiosk the time was 5pm. I asked for a happy hour drink and they refused to give it to me. I told them I was here. Before 5 but the day in front took a long time. I will be contacting the corporate office about this matter. My receipt I have received from them has a time stamp of 5:02pm proving that I was there on time.

i normally have an alright experience at this location, but tonight i placed an order through the app. i received an order confirmation and the charge went through. when picking up the order the employee said that there was no order under my name and even when we showed her the confirmation, she did not offer any help or understanding. we left empty handed. i had my order refunded through the app, but as a former fast food employee this definitely was not handled well.
