Nice design and interesting table setup in their own little rooms. We called in our order at 7pm, and it is now 8:10 and still no food, no urgency. Lol, if you are traveling through the area, I would skip this place. Next door is some kind of speak easy. 😉 Cashier just says they are finishing up now. I typed this while I am waiting.

So first I got the soup that I choose with the teriyaki chicken and the soup taste really good and our server is really nice. The chicken was really good tho I will warn you there is a lot of chicken so be prepared to get a to go box. Also the restaurant has some really cool decorations and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here.

Terrible experience tonight!! I come here all the time 30 minute drive due to my small town in Va not selling hibachi. As I take a bite of my food I see a rubber band in my rice i immediately call because at this point I’m disgusted. I get on the phone all for the lady on the line to tell me it’s no way possible it could have gotten in there everyone there wears their hair up as I stated to her I have no reason to lie I spend my money here all the time I asked for a refund not for the entire order just my plate because obviously I don’t want to drive another 30 minutes there and back for their screw up with which I was told that can’t be done unless I bring all the food back up there that’s the policy. I will no longer spend another dime in this establishment the way this was handled was poor and I’m disappointed!! Do better!

Soup was tasty! However while we waited for main dish .. we saw a roach.. Then my main dish was cold! The rice was room temp.. the broccoli in my vegetable teriyaki was cold and soggy. only the tofu was warm.. not scorching like it would be fresh.. A gravy like substance was used as teriyaki sauce—-not authentic or original. Portion size was generous and the waitress was nice but -not knowledgeable… ps. To be fair… as per the photo below.. we should have known as we were warned

We were on vacation at Kerr Lake and decided to go out to eat here. The food was delicious my favorite was the milk cake. The have the specialty sodas which our kids loved, we also had their, clear soup, miso soup, dumpling soup, steak hibachi, and love boat for 2. It was quite busy when we went I believe they were understaffed but otherwise was a nice experience.

We ordered take out. I ordered 1 steak and scallop hibachi plate with an extra salad. My husband and I were going to split the food. We had maybe 3 scallops on the plate. We had pieces of scallops PLUS they were fishy smelling. The steak I ordered was medium cause I figured by the time I ate it, it would be medium well. NOPE! They were ALL well done! Our salad was much smaller than what they serve and they give only one ginger dressing, half full and was not enough even for that small salad! I’m not even a big dressing person but it was not enough! I wished I had’ve taken photos before but at least this will give you an idea. This was one platter and the salad. Notice how small the container for the salad is.( we ordered two salads and an extra white sauce and it was 25.00. Don’t order out here!

Me and my daughter came in for to go sushi, after thinking about it, we asked if we could sit and eat, they said we wouldn’t be serviced, but allowed it. The sushi was fresh and mouth watering! The rolls are smaller than my usual place, but the price makes sense when comparing the two! Most inexpensive sushi, but so good. We don’t any raw sushi, so I cannot speak on the quality of those rolls. I’ll definitely be back the next time I get my hair done in Henderson!

We had take out for dinner. It was really good. Everyone had something different and everyone seemed happy with their choices. From the vegetarian to the rest of us. It did take about 30 minutes because we had such a large order. They made a mistake in our order and fixed it right away, no problem. I’m looking forward to another visit. The sushi was great

Called in order and was told 20 min. 1 hrs later our food was ready. Veggies were not fresh and the chicken tasted microwaved. Terrible food. Very disappointed dinner after 5 hours of traveling today.
