I am not someone who enjoys confrontation, however I ordered with the mobile app today and when I got there and the order had been ready for 10 minutes however my sub was not there. I asked the associate and he told me he didn’t have it. I showed him my order screen and told him it was marked as done, that maybe someone took it or it didn’t print off. And he told me to go drive to the other store to check anyways. I called the other store, it wasn’t there because I didn’t order it there. The guy kept shrugging and saying “idk” and not offering me to make the sub. Finally I told him I’d just wait until he had time to remake it and he was very upset by that. In today’s economy, $14 for a sub is already crazy let alone having someone try to have me pay for it twice. In the end the guy waiting in line insisted I got ahead of him and they made my sub. I did not enjoy the experience at all minus the customers attitude.

Coming from a former subway employee, it should never take over 20 minutes just to take an order… that’s not counting cook times. Priority should be on in store customers not online orders especially when you have a line in person of 6+ people waiting if it’s to much for the 2 employees working hire more hands. Employees should also speak up, make eye contact and be friendly… none of which was happening.

Came to pick up my online order and this is what it looked like.. this place is so awful now. Closes at random times. The woman working 1/5/23 closing was so nasty and passive aggressive to the customers. They asked why there was nothing but lettuce pickles and olives on the line and she snapped “we close in an hour why would I prep anything.” ..um because it’s your job? Hello???? I eaves dropped a bit longer because she was so rude. Worst customer service everrrr.

Terrible. Incredinly rude service in picking up our order that was incorrectly made. After we pointed that out she got defensive saying that we ordered it that way. We referred to the receipt showing that it said it right there. She insisted it was different instructions on the screen that she follows instead. Right. Never going back to this subway to be treated so poorly and have things incorrect. All would have been completely fine if there was just a “sorry about that, I can fix that” instead of rude comments.

Bethany was the best person I’ve ever come across at a Subway. She was working alone and kept calm. Making me feel like I was the only one there. Even though there were many people there. She was so pleasant so kind. She definitely deserves recognition. You won’t find many like her. If you’re smart you’ll keep her no matter what the cost.

I have never been to the Subway in Menomonie (the one on HWY 25) until yesterday and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The employee that helped me (she didn’t have a name tag on) was so rude and was about to not serve me all because I asked if I could get extra chicken in my chicken and cheese dipper and she told me no they aren’t customizable and I said oh really? I live about an hour from here and they let me do it there that’s weird. She freaked out on me for simply telling her that. Will never go back to that subway again.

Whoever opened today was amazing. She had a smile from the moment we walked in. It was about 10a. I haven’t been to a subway for over 8 years cause the last employes ruined it for me. Again not at this location. But she gives me hope in humanity again. She had a very upbeat attitude. Smiled and thanked us for coming in. Told us to have a wonderful day. Made me want to come back there. Sandwiches were made perfectly and delicious.

the subway across from walmart was awesome!! the food was amazing and the employees were even better the girl with the colorful tattoos was extremely kind and welcoming. and the older lady ALWAYS has a smile on her face. and the boy that has tattoos was just as great. wonderful staff i will definitely be comming back soon!!
