Closed! I hate to do this, because I order from here all the time. But I placed an order at 9:35. Their business hours say they close at 10pm. As a business owner I don’t care if we are not busy we commit to the hours we say or change them. I paid for my order and now I have to get it refunded. This place does a lot of little mistakes, I have gotten the wrong orders before, or missing items. As much as I want to be supportive of this small business, until they get the right management, or the owner gets his/her stuff together this place will never thrive as it should. And it could have a lot of potential. So we will see. But I am very disappointed and annoyed that EVERY time there’s something wrong.

Thw customer service was excellent! I ordered tacos for lunch, the pastor was a little low on the taste but still delicious, their asada was on point! The star of the show, the green salsa. I will definitely be back to try more of their food!

1st time here. I ordered the taco salad with ground beef. The meat tasted bland I think it could have more flavor. The lettuce and tomatoes were cold so therefore it made the meat cold. Prices are reasonable and staff friendly.

I went here once since I moved to Crystal lake in November and I didn’t like the service at all. We sat down they gave us chips without the salsa then said we have a salsa bar. Most of the containers were empty and I just wanted the regular salsa that was empty. These ladies were barely even busy just standing around and kept saying they would refill it and took like about 15 mins to refill the salsa container and had time to do it just didn’t care. The food wasn’t bad the service just wasn’t good.

This place gets the best rating around the whole Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, and Crystal Lake area. I have been to every single one and this is definitely the most authentic. What attracted me to this place was the pictures of their rice. That’s what I got with my chiles rellenos was that same authentic Mexican rice. DON NOT let the 4.3 rating stop you from missing out.

Everything home made and great tasting! Wife had a taco salad and was extremely satisfied. I had the enchilada dinner and I am not lying, it ranked among the best I have ever had, very tasty. Will definitely return to try more dishes.
