Service is terrible. The food and drinks took an hour to go. The food was spicy. Hardly any meat inside the container, plus they give you a tablespoon of curry and yogurt to go with a mountain of rice. They recently expanded their restaurant. Used to have a good reputation – not coming here anymore.

I ordered for 2 Masala Dosa – just got one dosa and Idli. It’s not the first time it happened multiple times with this shop. Earlier 2 times they gave me Veg Biryani instead Chicken Biryani. They didn’t refund or gave credit for the next time order. Unpleasant experience and more frustrated. Open and check your order all the time because they mess up all the time.

Had Biriyani and chicken starter, it was good and felt Indian taste. It was spicy and hot, my tongue got sense of taste. They serve good tea also.

I have eaten at Biryani and Bites pretty regularly since it has become my favorite Indian restaurant.
So far, I have found all of the items that I have tried to be delicious, the right levels of spice and seasoning and in good portions for the price.
One of my favorite items is their Chicken Tikka Kababs which I can usually make 2 meals out of. The spice level is perfect, just the right amount of bite without overpowering the great flavor.
The only things that I find they could improve on it making note that their online order systems stops taking orders at least an hour before closing and sometimes they take longer to prepare the food than other times ….. but overall, I happy with their service and food.

Update: Jan 2026 food is just getting worse. For pachi mirchi. Used to be green chilies and spicy but not anymore. Just some Biriyani rice with hard Boneless chicken. Just avoid.

Boneless chicken in Biriyani is old reused hard as rock. It’s a hit or miss. Not even real Biriyani. Just make Biriyani rice then add some color chicken. $37 for 2 boxes. Both thrown away. Not going back.

They said special karavapakku Chicken Briyani, but feel same taste like other Briyani,’s and the quality is not up to the level. Excited many times but no use …salty , have to improvise a lot .They prepare food in large quantity once a day and mix different toppings to the same base. Not satified

First time ordered from this place we ordered mysoor bonda, paneer biryani, veggie manturion . Paneer biryani was okay in taste not too spicy but it felt like separate panner curry was used instead of making proper paneer biryani. Mysoor bonda was okay … I was expecting hard out & soft in .. but it was soft (could be because of steam , as it was delivered). I didn’t like their veg manturion as they were tooo sour than normal ,flavors were not balanced , won’t recommend ordering Chinese. Do recommend it for southIndian food.

“Family Box Veg Dum Biryani”, came with just rice and 4 or 5 pieces of vegetables in it. They forgot to give dessert too. Too bad! Why anyone would pay so much to eat family pack box of just rice with 4 or 5 vegetables in it?. Please try to be ethical in your work and give good food to people and not unfair.
