Absolutely horrible the most pathetic excuse for a subway you could ever experience… This place has no seating only two 2 person tables 1 big table and a bar… nowhere to sit with your family …not only was the store dirty and only worker sitting with her friends at the only table that fit more than 2 people… when she got behind the counter she was so focused on what her friends were doing that she screwed up my child’s 3 ingredient sandwich which completely fell apart upon opening… we had to tell her the 3 ingredients more than 3 times because she wasn’t listening to us… when she started on mine I had to tell her the meat and bread several times before she actually grabbed it… she heated the meat up as requested but then left the meat sitting on the counter allowing it to lose all heat in open air while searching the cooler for tomatoes… which they were out of… nothing was stocked all the veggies were empty or near empty and the veggies that were there looked old dried out and gross.. I cancelled the sandwich at that point in utter disgust. This all happened around 7 pm Friday the 2nd of November… the girl working does not need to be there the entire place looked as if she had done absolutely nothing on her shift but text and talk to friends I will never return to this subway and I encourage anyone that wants a sanitary environment with employees that show customers respect not to go to this location. The management or owners need to step up here employees like that should not be tolerated.

When ever I come in for lunch, the staff working is always cheerful and helpful. I like my sandwiched assembled in a particular way, most places find annoying, but I enjoy this location most as they don’t seem bothered by my preferences. Store is always clean and inviting.

Good with their social distancing line inside. I have been here twice in the past week and a half and both times were.. eh? The first time, I did a call-in order and they used the wrong bread for a sandwich that needed to meet a health restriction. The second time I went in-person to avoid the same mistake as last time. This second time, I was notified of a deal going on for in-store orders (3 sandwiches for $18). However, when I was rung out, they didn’t apply the deal they said I could take advantage of. On top of all that, they put so little of the veggies I asked for and its one thing I really want in a sandwich from subway. Staff was friendly and working hard. So, I cant say Im too mad. ♀️

Well I first went to nothing but bunt cakes and than I went and bought my favorite Ham and turkey foot long. It was not a long wait to get a perfect sandwich. Oh by the way after eating lunch than take your bunt cake and go to leatherbys and get a thick milk shake. But the perfect sandwich. Challenge go and check it out for yourself like paradise

Steak sandwich was delicious and very fresh along with the Italian bread with cheese omg yummy. Very friendly service. I also had breakfast which consists of a bacon and wgg flat bread which it was my first time but I’ll surely buy it again. Everything was on point.

Subway is a nice four-star alternative for inexpensive, healthy, yet tasty food. For a while, I was into their salads and often got the tuna with an extra scoop, but the meatball, roast beef, and steak are my go-to sandwich faves. I recommend paying for extra meat btw. Subway as a chain operates clean stores, with friendly, courteous, and professional staff. They have Diet Coke on the fountain.

This was the most annoying exsperence I’ve ever had just ordering a sandwich. The young lady, Ariana made every request feel like a huge burden. Her asking what type of bread or veggies i wanted had so much attitude and lacked the most basic customer service. 2 stars only because my food was okay.

I was extreamely disappointed with my experience. The lady that rung me up, Ariana, was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath when she was making my sandwich. I was being very respectful but she was just not having it. I will not come here ever again, and I will spread he word that “Ariana from subway on Laguna” is rude.

One star is for their service as they did not get us a chance to try their sandwiches. We went their at 8.20pm,their door was locked but their sign was still illuminated as they officially close at 8.30pm.We waived at the worker who was not willing to make a sandwich and made bunch of excuses.We figured it was not a good idea to force him to make sandwiches which he doesn’t want to and we left.Please change your hours if you don’t want to stay open till 8.30p.m.
