The food is good however the toast was cold. We waited almost fifteen minutes to receive our eat-in order. There were three orders ahead of us in line so I don’t think they were really that busy unless there was a line at the drive-thru. There was only one register open. Somehow I think drive-thru customers are prioritized as the meter is running on how long a customer sits at the window and they receive a ding from corporate if they exceed the allotted time. The staff is always very polite and friendly.

The best Zaxby’s I have been to in my life! I love the Christmas decorations! The food is always great! They need to fix the Zaxby’s sign that is facing the highway because the lights are blown out. It stands out like a sore thumb against all of the beautiful Christmas lights.
I usually don’t get bad food from here, but last night I got a kicken chicken sandwich that was not good. When you guys make a kicken chicken sandwich it needs to be made with crispy chicken tenders. Also, it need an equal amount of ranch and tongue torching sauce. Otherwise it sucks.

I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard. This fry portion must be a joke? I bought 2 kids meals, as I have for years for my kids & I have never seen such a sad excuse for a portion size in my life. Half of them are overcooked and dry. I think they got 4 “decent” fries out of an almost $7 overpriced meal.

This is the type of food they are selling people here, this looks like throw up on a plate and my other meal had wing sauce soaked in the toast.The manager on duty excuse was”I didn’t make it” they kept getting my order wrong. I ordered also a traditional wings n things plate and glad I check my food before I leave the window they had given me boneless. There was a girl in there with long braids that kept running her mouth because folks was tired of them messing up their food.They are not doing their job here and the wrong people are running this place.Customer service is terrible on night shift.I had to give at least 1 star to make this post. Just know you get 0 stars from me.

I tried the lemon pepper chicken fingers. I like lemon pepper and use it when I cook. The lemon was beyond tangy, very sour and overpowering. I find it hard to believe that a franchise would intentionally have such a strong recipe and spend a significant amount to market it. I used ranch sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise to try to tone down the strong lemon. But, it still seemed as though the chicken was simply a vehicle to deliver the strong lemon.
