The service was great. The bread itself was absolutely delicious. My husband says his French dip was really good. The clam chowder we both ordered was warm at best and just okay. The Mac and cheese was different but good. We will try again and definitely a better choice than many other places.

Ordered food here recently and experienced a few failures in staff training that could’ve ended badly if I had a food allergy and/or didn’t catch the error in time.
There were some glitches with my order getting entered correctly and the server’s lack of familiarity with the menu – she said she was new, learning takes time, not holding that against her. She did the right thing and asked a coworker if the salad had raw onions, as I was asking for the salsa to be excluded if it contained them. “No onions in it at all!” the guy proclaimed. “Great! I can’t eat them,” I replied.
Sad trombone, it had raw onions. Discovered this too late to go back and ask for it to be made without the offending alliums.
tldr: staff need more training to correctly answer questions on ingredients, and on paying attention to what they’re handling so maybe they notice the ingredient a customer has specifically flagged. The food is okay-ish otherwise.

Bria, the shift supervisor at Sourdough Bread Company, and her staff are exceptional. The owner or general manager did an outstanding job hiring her. The bread is delicious, the sandwiches are delicious, and everything is great. I am not quite sure why some people left the negative reviews they did. The only thing I can think of is maybe it is friends or family of the competition. Ignore the bad reviews and try it for yourself. You will love it. And right next door is a place called Crumble with great desserts that you will love as well. Bonus, all staff are beautiful and friendly as well.

We chose this place because someone suggested it. We Attempted to order online but it required a credit card payment so we called in the order. The employee rambled of breads and toppings, I said I wanted the sandwich on the “fresh baked sourdough” as described online, she just repeated the same question ignoring what I said asking what bread I wanted. She had the same response with all 4 sandwiches ordered.
When we received our order is was almost inedible. I used 5 napkins to wipe the mayonnaise off my sandwich but it has completely saturated the bread I couldn’t eat it and tossed it in the trash and have to get something different for lunch . Also there was such a small amount of meat for a $10 4″ sandwich is was comical. The photo is after wiping some of the mayonnaise off.

So far so good! The ladies always greet me when I walk in. Super polite. Super fast at making my sandwich and are not greedy with the ingredients at all. I order the Garlic pesto turkey and it never misses a beat. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Always good music playing. I am a fan of Sourdough Bread Co!

The employees were more interested in what was going on in the parking lot than taking our order so we left. And honestly there was nothing interesting going on in the parking lot. November 17, 3:15pm.

First and probably last time in. Ordered online, which was convenient. Ordering is kind of confusing because of the condiments. First downside, was the price. $10 for a 4-in sub. I assumed the sub would be a little more than 4-in because other places I’ve been to say they have a 4-in sub, but it’s larger. This was more like 3.5-in.
Pick up those easy, although the employees looked at me like I was crazy when I walked in and stood at the pickup sign.
Sub quality was all right. Nothing exceptional. The bread was good, but the meats were just decent.
Overall, the food wasn’t good enough to warranr the price.

I dislike leaving bad reviews.

The order was missing the Mac and cheese.

“Sourdough” Bread, more of a white French. Chewy, missing air pockets and not squish test worthy as such.

Cheese, best part of the sandwich. My last straw, the paper straw.

After paying too much for a sandwich, ($26) I was left unsatisfied in every aspect. Including the brisket reminds me of pre-cooked bacon strips.
