To update as of 8/23 this store is still not open and when it is you only see maybe one or two cars. It’s pretty much always deserted.
Several times I’ve tried to go there had been a hand written sign stating closed due to staffing shortage.
I’d wager this equates to bad management as this is the only restaurant in this town that seems to have this issue. The burgers are pretty decent comparative to any other fast food chain. The prices are a bit high but comparable to other fast food restaurants.

Food took forever and came out Luke warm, tea/pop was flat with no taste, wrap loaded with honey mustard to the point the wrapper started dripping. Place is a joke, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This is a great place to eat! The restaurant is very clean! You are greeted as soon as you enter the lobby. The food is always on point! Jenn and Troy are always friendly and efficient! I come there usually once a week. The food is fresh and the Customer service you receive is the best I have gotten from any other fast food place in Ashtabula county. One more thing the food is made as you order. So it is hot and fresh always!

I go to Hardee’s about 3 to 4 times a week, both for breakfast and dinner, and I can honestly say it’s consistently excellent every time. The food is always fresh and hot, and the restaurant is clean and well-kept—which really makes a difference when you’re a regular like me.
In the mornings, Jennifer always greets me with a smile and a great attitude. She’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and really makes starting the day that much better. The level of customer service she provides is outstanding—friendly, fast, and efficient.
At night, the young man who manages the evening shift does a fantastic job keeping things running smoothly. The service is just as fast and reliable as it is in the morning, and everything is well organized. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customer experience.
Hardee’s has definitely earned my loyalty. Great food, great people, and great service every time. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by Jennifer, she was awesome. She complimented my toddler who was very happy to hear it. The service was great, the food was made fast. All around 10/10. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I frequent this establishment at least once a week. I greatly appreciate the workers here. The only thing I would say is they need help! They need a bigger team here. Love the food and love the service. Everyone here is so awesome. I give three stars for atmosphere because it looks like one worker running around doing the entire job. That makes me feel stressed and not want to order a lot of food as I don’t want to bog down the only worker in the restaurant.

I always go through the drive thru and they are always pleasant and kind love the food not really the prices but tthe manager is awesome once they forgot my fries and remembered the next time I went. I keep goin back.

One of the tomato slices on the chicken sandwich was complete mush. I took it off but the Danish l sandwich was good otherwise. The fish sandwiches seem much smaller than they used to be. Was very crunchy.
