Very nice surprise in Alaska!
Good service, great food, decent pricing.
We went on a friday night and it was snowing like crazy. Still a lot of people were ordering food to-go.
We ordered two big plates, both with brisket and pork ribs. We had chips (Hawaiian brand), mac and cheese, and rice. It took some minutes to get everything (it is not the classic format where your plate is being made as you order).
Brisket was super good, pork ribs excellent. Very surprised by the good quality. Home-made bbq sauce was also very good.
Definitely swing by if you are in the area.

We stopped here while visiting in Fairbanks. Great family friendly atmosphere. Food is created with love. Ribs are fall off the bone and so flavorful. Mac and cheese is a cheesy heaven I want to die in. The brisket nacho cheese ramen is a spicy delight to end a cold chilly night in Fairbanks. Totally recommend this place! Best bbq place I’ve had in years!

Solid experience and food! Wasn’t the best I’ve had but pretty good! I had the brisket and Texas twinkies. I was a bit let down they dont know the difference between Texas twinkies and jalapeño poppers. They actually sell jalapeño poppers because they dont contain brisket in them.

The food was amazing! The brisket was juicy and tender, the pulled pork was rich with flavor, the mac & cheese was perfect and there was more than enough toppings for every chip on the nachos! Pricing and portion size are just right, 10/10 will be back for sure!

Amazing! Love the brisket, love the coleslaw, love the mac n cheese with the little heat. Pulled pork was too salty yet perfectly burnt…I need my NC vinegar base, but to each their own. So happy to have them here in Fairbanks

This little restaurant is the best hidden gem in Fairbanks. We came from Ohio to visit Fairbanks and Chena Hot Springs. After trying several restaurants, this one stand out as its meat and sides are both delicious. The pulled pork and ribs we ordered were well cooked and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!

Moved up here a couple months ago and kept hearing nothing but great things about the bbq and thought my wife and I would give it a shot. Man this is by far the best bbq I’ve had since being back home in the Northern Mariana Islands. I enjoyed everything and enjoyed it so much that I forgot to take pics lol. Staff were very friendly and the experience was great. Definitely recommend and my family and I will be back!
