We usually order from Dominoes or Pizza Hut. Lived in the NE for several years and had some of the best pizza. When we discovered this joint, immediately we thought to experience what we’ve had. So with great anticipation, we gave NYGP 3 tries. The first pizza was good and we overlooked the fact of not getting the requested extra sauce. Second time, the pizza was mediocre tasting and salty and dry. Third and final time, we ordered the Grand 16 inch as we always do but again there was no extra sauce, very dry pizza, nit very many ingredients on the pizza besides white onions and olives. The pizza box States words to describe their pizza i.e. “delicious and The Best, but we must beg to differ. Their is no consistency of the product except for what was not included even though it was ordered. Needless to say, not interested in ordering from this restaurant again.

Owner was the sweetest man alive. Helped us with every part of the order and was very gracious and generous with everything we got! We ordered the stromboli, cheese pizza, and mozzarella sticks and they were all amazing!! Absolutely coming back again soon!

NY Grand Pizza is usually our go-to for pizza. We appreciate the flavors, how fresh and how quick it is – both for pick up or as delivery.
But today, I have to admit I’ll be taking a step back based on two observations.
1) I wanted to not feel so guilty about pizza for dinner, so we added a dinner salad to go with our pizza. And we added cucumbers for $1 more. When I went to pick up my pizza and salad, I asked them if they had made an error because of the size provided. And they claim they didn’t, but for $8, this makes no sense. And the extra $1 was for 6 slices of cucumber. Seriously?! And it’s one slice of cheese and 1 slice of meat?! C’mon now.
2) I noticed the prices in the store are significantly lower than online. So if I were to call in and make them push the buttons on their screen instead of me on mine, I would save my money. And example is the appetizer sampler – it’s $18 if I order it online, yet $16.30 in the store?! I’m now wondering how much more I’ve paid for my food when I should just have called them in.
Added the picture for reference. Because of this experience, tonight’s meal tasted meh…which is sad because it typically tastes great.

My family and I order from NY Grand Pizza a lot, and usually the food is great. Today, not so much. We ordered spicy garlic wings; however our wings have no sauce, just grease. Maybe we received the wrong flavor by accident. But the wings are gross.
The salad was pretty good though, hence the three stars. It’s the last picture.

Decided to try it out after a neighbor tried it and raved about it. Glad we did. The lady working behind the counter was very friendly. She informed us that it would take longer for the pasta dish which was a nice piece of info to have while waiting. We ordered pasta and meatballs for our daughter and it came with a salad and bread. We tried it and it was delicious. We ordered 2 slices for ourselves and shared a Stromboli and both were also delicious. Out of everything the pizza was definitely the star of the meal. Really great dough and the slices were cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back.
