The beer is awesome and the service friendly and knowledgeable. Alidade is a great improvement over the former brewpub at this address. Great customer service. Bartender welcomed me to try several different samples. He knew a lot about the beers and was very helpful. Very good Kölsch, and Belgian Wit. This place has a completely different feel than the former! Highly recommend.

Awesome new addition to the Castle Rock beer scene. The beers are very well executed and theres a wide variety… Including some shandies and lighter takes. Plenty of bomb IPAs too.

I love Alidade Brewing!! This is the best brewery I have been to, the owners and staff are amazing and really care about their guests! I am a host for the musical bingo shows every Wednesday 6-8 pm, where we have a great time listening to music in bingo style and you have a chance to win free drinks! Come out to check out the great variety of drinks, weekly activities , specials, vibes and people! See you soon!!

Tried this place out shortly after its opening. No wait staff it seems so must order at the bar. Most of the beer was good. Tried a flight and had several. The seasonal pumpkin was tasty and the amber. Had both the porters and wasn’t much a fan of the coffee one as it tasted like cheap coffee was used. Worth a try but id love to see more food options on their menu.

As far as craft beer goes, this brewery is an A+! From the moment you walk in, all the staff are very friendly and on top of their game, frequently checking in to ensure everyone in our party was enjoying the experience. They had a good size crowd and great energy. Plenty of seating options, including for large groups both inside and outside. Everything was very clean and organized. You can tell the owners take extraordinary pride in their operation. And what a great brewer! So knowledgeable and so fun to talk to about all the different options and what he’s working on next. I’ve been to a lot of great breweries around Colorado, but it’s not easy to actually find beer this good! My wife is not a big beer person but found two delicious options she loved! And these guys can their beers in-house so we had the opportunity to take our favorites to go. We’ve been looking forward to the opening and we just love the vibe there so we’ll be making this one of our regular spots. If you’re into craft beer and good vibes, we highly recommend you check them out.
