We put in a mobile order and waited 25 minutes. We finally asked a car hop what was going on and she informed us they were out of the items we ordered. I wonder how long it would have been had we not asked her. Ridiculous. No way to cancel orders on the app after that amount of time. So we sat another 10 minutes to get different items in place of the ones we’d ordered. I knew better than to stop at this crappy sonic. Won’t make the mistake again.

Ridiculously fast service, found out why when I unwrapped my burrito, either reheated or leftover, the tortilla stayed completely stuck to the wrapper.
The manager made me a “fresh” one but pretty disappointed.
I am holding onto the wrapper, the burrito is suspended completely!!
Ridiculous, I was between the lunch and after school rush, so I don’t see why I was getting an old burrito.

Im not going to lie to yall, this location is great. But the food tastes like they grabbed it out of another Sonic’s dumpster. Ive given every option of food a chance, but there is something going on in the kitchen, it tastes off completely. Just rather unfortunate.

Fast, friendly service with a smile, for a quick bite to eat on the road. They’re burgers are the best as are the Sonic Blasts!

Stopped for one thing and one thing only: an M&M Blast. It definitely hit the spot, but getting there took longer than it should have. The drive-thru was backed up, mostly with folks ordering full meals, which kind of defeats the point. Sonic’s drive-thru really shines for drinks and ice cream, not full combos. If you’re ordering more than that, it’s probably better to park and use a stall.
Prices have noticeably gone up, and the portion sizes feel smaller than they used to be, which is a bit disappointing. That said, the treat itself was still solid. Just wish the value and speed matched the original Sonic experience.

It seemed like there was only person working. It took a bit to get our food. But it was all fresh and hot. So can’t complain.

Stopped to grab dinner. Service was great, they did ask us to park while we waited. Food was hot. Onion rings tasted like they were fried with sweet items they were awful. Wilted lettuce on sandwich. No cheese for the pretzels and one packet of ketchup for $30 worth of food.

Went to this location today and ordered two burgers on the app. One was a plain burger, plain, nothing on it like lettuce, tomato or mayo, just plain. We added extra pickles and extra ketchup though and that’s it. When the lady brought out the food she listed off everything we ordered and mentioned extra pickles and extra ketchup and nothing else for that burger. The burger came out with lettuce, mayo tomatoes and onions. We kindly let them know that was incorrect and told them it was supposed to be only ketchup and pickles. My wife is allergic to onions. The apologized and went to remake the burger. They brought it out and once again it had tomatoes and onions. The lady then said that we had put it in the app with lettuce tomato, mayo and onion. I told her that was impossible because the tapped on plain burger. I would not go through and add all that. My wife watched me put it in. She had even told us when she brought it out that it was a plain burger with pickles and ketchup. It’s not the fact that the order was wrong. It’s that they lied and said it was our fault. Own up to your mistakes. We wouldn’t have cared about it being wrong it they hadn’t lied. I mean it was a little frustrating it was still wrong the second time but it’s whatever. Have better customer service and don’t lie and blame the customer. Take responsibly and make things right without pushing blame.
