RUDE STAFF: I was insulted by a female worker there. The insult was extremely rude, demeaning and uncalled for and was delivered with arrogance. The machines are very tight Never visit a place that insults their customers.

Great atmosphere. Nice relaxing lounge with tvs and leather couches. You win some you lose some so can’t say you’re definitely going to win, but there’s a decent chance. They have snacks, soda and occasionally cookies too! As well as a paid bar and food. Good selection on the machines too, pretty much all the popular games available.

My first venture back here after being fully vaccinated. Very disappointed! More importantly than 10 free games winning 20 cents was that not only was player sitting without a mask but so was hostess that worked there. She only put a mask on when within a couple of feet of machine. Not good!!

Clean, classy, relaxed ambiance. The staff is very friendly. The cafe is roomy with couches to lounge, big screen TVs, table seating, bar seating, and of course the video gaming area towards the back.

Do not go there. If your ticket gets stuck in the machine, you’d be lucky if you get someone to come out. I was in there Monday and my ticket got stuck. I gave them all my information to call me. Not only did I not get a call. I walked 3 days later on Thursday and they had no idea what I was talking about. Complete B.S. terrible customer service they just want your money. I will be callling the BBB

cafe win goes above and beyond when it comes to the gaming experience . not only is it one of the most inviting and spacious gaming environments i have come across, they have a vip gaming chair complimentary snacks along with a full bar along and full menu of delicious snacks and appetizers. But WAIT!!!!!!!!!! thats not all !!!! the service is top notch !!! none of this could be possible with out STELLA she is the real reason this place deserves the word WIN in its name. she brings an energy that could not be more positive , inviting and is always on top of things.

I went to the new location on golf in Niles i had the worst experience of my life the girl that worked there she was the rudest person on earth I don’t know how this place can run a business like this, this is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place to gamble I was going to have my friends come here but now I’m telling everyone to not do Business with these unprofessional people I’ve never been treated so unfairly in my life in an establishment like this and I go to all of the places around here tell all your friends and family to never step foot in this place Cafe Rude
