I ordered food from my hotel room and received a bag of cold, and tasteless items. My drink must’ve been sitting a long time because it was watered down with hardly any ice left in it. The bowl that I paid $10 for barely had any chicken in it and it definitely was skimpy!!!! Like why even sell that as a meal when it’s clearly a side dish. A small chins would be pleased but not an adult of any kind. At least my cheese was still a bit hot but nothing else was!!! I was very upset and I wouldn’t DARE order from here if I’m ever in this part of VA again. The picture of the bowl may seem like it’s a lot but that bowl is small and thin. My driver was very nice though.

And I always order the same thing. When I got my food, it was wrong, and some of my order was missing. I went to the counter and spoke with an employee. I tried to give her the food back that was not right, and told her again what I had ordered. She just walked away. I thought I would get the food that I ordered and paid for. I went to the counter 3 times and spoke to the same employee about getting the food that I paid for. After 30 minutes of waiting while they served other customers in the restaurant and at the drive thru, it was very apparent to me that I was not going to get my food. I spoke with the manager and told her that I wanted a refund. She refused to give me a refund. I never got my order.And I didn’t get a refund. I have filed a customer complaint. This would have been so simple to fix. These people were incredibly rude and very difficult to deal with.

This is a three star across the board really. Service was a bit lacklustre, the place was not really all that clean, and yet, the food was hot and delicious. This was my first visit, so it may be better or worse when you go.

This location went above and beyond. They missed part of my order but went above and beyond to fix it. The young man was honest with me as ti what happen and remade my food fresh. He was very personable and apologetic. Great staff

I’m from Louisville Kentucky and was just passing through. My husband and I stopped for dinner and that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time! The young man Micheal ( I think that was his name) was doing three jobs at once. Drive thru , front counter, and trash. But he still made sure to stop and talk to customers and he was just really friendly. Give buddy a raise !! Anyway such a great experience

I went through the drive through and ordered a 12 count soft taco half meat and cheese and other supreme with no tomato. I had to repeat that six times. Then the lady kept asking me over and over so I finally said I’ll come in well went in and ordered the same thing. Then get my food and get home there all supreme with no tomato. Idk what’s wrong with people these days but simple instructions can’t be followed then you shouldn’t be working the drive through or fast food.

Please fully cook your rice. Nearly broke a tooth! Not just one hard grain but 50% of them.
Otherwise, the staff is very nice and reasonably quick. I would go again but nothing with rice. I like my teeth.

Good luck getting anything besides poor service and orders made incorrectly. I ordered through the app, confirmed my order was as desired before submitting and it wasn’t made as requested. It was like the staff looked at the item name and overlooked any customization to the item. Specifically asked for sauces to be swapped to a more palatable flavor and it was overlooked.
