I was sitting in there listening to the conversations between a customer that had just left to go to the bathroom in the supercenter. The customer said that they had thrown his food away. The manager of the store stated she was trying to clean up the lobby and that the food was in the trash can over there if he wanted to go get it. He said that’s fine. He said that he they also threw his drink away. The manager never offered substitute meal drink or anything very very rude. I was

Honestly idk what to say all i can say the worker doesn’t really care he goes and puts very little veggies on the sandwicha and is quite and avoids every thing if we ask for a little bit more sauce he rolls his eyes and doesn’t really even put any on and when we try to have a small conversation and he could care less. then he has the audacity to say just get out when we told him to have a good night

My visit here wasn’t the best. Staff had seen me and my friends walk in, they opened the coolers where they stored the food, then went into the backroom for about 15 minutes. The female worker seemed prompt about service here, but The male worker named Collin was not at all interested or cared about serving us. I have no idea why things were so quiet in the back, save for some shady unprofessional business in the back, but waiting that long when for the servers to have a quick bit of ‘business’ in the back is not cool.

I have to say I love Subway but I just got my food tonight and when I got home there was multiple hairs on my sandwich!!!!! I’m not happy cause I live out of town and am not driving all the way back to change it. Wasted almost $10.00.. workers need to wear hair nets and gloves at all times!! I will not return to this one!! Also the male on staff tonight was rude and acts like he hates his job. Customer service has gone down hill fast!!

Very unhappy! We have a coupon for foot long 5.99, they have choice of only 2 breads ( white or wheat) they do not have pit smoked brisket, so we go for ham, they have no Swiss cheese. When we go to pay we try to use gift card and it is declined. Apparently this a stripped Subway. Help cares less.

They can’t seem to keep good help but that’s just Parsons. This young woman has been here by herself all morning and has been an absolute beast. She’s got a great attitude and she’s very fast and efficient. Whatever she’s being paid give her a raise. She is incredible. Her name is Leah.

It used to be ok, but now it is going down hill. Even with a renovation it seems the standard low quality employee works here. I have had multiple wraps get too crispy and it falls apart as you eat it. Also, I never have any problems with lowering my mask to catch my breath. I have horrible asthma that is aggrevated when the mask is on and yet they had a problem with me taking a second to catch my breath by removing it for a few moments. I tried to explain but it was shut down with “policy.” Its a low grade “resteraunt” that serves food. Kinda have to remove my mask to eat… if you have a problem with us lowering our mask for a second then you also need to close off every other table to allow for social distancing and not allow refills like most other Subways. I have already boycotted the Main Street Subway because of its own consitent issues, and now this one. Only 2 employees (one being the manager) are decent and do their best to make the entre look decent and not slopped together or burnt. Thank you to the few employees who do their best you are the only reason I am giving a 3 star review.

Shouldnt even get a star. Subway is the new and improved you can have anything, get everything you want, but if you only need the basics we’ll be charged for everything. Not well acommidating. My daughter is picky eater, she won’t eat any of the meat or veggies on the sandwich, just content with bread and cheese. Taco Bell, McDonald’s, even sit down restaurants have choices and prices that fit what they offer, but not Subway anymore. I went in asking for the bread and cheese, was offered double cheese also to make something up, and then in the end get charged for a full sandwich with an additional charge for the extra cheese. I brought this up with a manager and was told it’s all corporates choice. From memory, in the past, other stores have been accommodating, but this is the fourth Subway recently that’s given my family the same BS and stiff neck customer service. I only go because my daughter wants it occasionally, but I don’t suggest Subway to anyone else.
