Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – ordered half a pound of tri-tip, moist brisket, and half a slab of baby back ribs. They were unfortunately out of beef ribs and there was some confusion on whether there were briskets available. All of the meats were tender, moist, and delicious overall. The only downside is that they don’t really taste of anything so we had to slather sauce on it for flavor.
Service: 4/5 – friendly and attentive but the cashier seemed a bit confused overall. Cashier didn’t think there was any moist briskets but someone from the cutting area screamed out that there was. Since it was to-go order, we asked for plates and sauces and she said there was regular, sweet, spicy, or both. We asked for some of each but we were given 4 different sauces with one tasting like mustard.
Ambiance: n/a – ordered food to go.
Value for price: 4/5 – at about $40 for 1.5 pounds of meat , it’s a reasonable deal. Just wished they had some more flavor to the meat rather than just relying on the BBQ sauce.

The food here is always amazing no matter what you get. I got the 3 meat plate today brisket pulled pork and 2 piece chicken with potato salad and apple pie for desert. The sweet bbq sauce is yummy so is the VERY spicy one. They have a mustard BBQ sauce but I didn’t get that this trip. The chicken oh WOW my first time getting it and I will be coming back for this to make meal prep on work days it’s so flavorful and juicy! The sides are packed full the potato salad is tender and delicious

Real deal Texas BBQ right here in Vegas, Big B (Brian) must have sold his soul for some BBQ flavor town. The meat has to be front and center but I love it when I stumble on a place that transports me and my stomach to the land of BBQ. Great sauces, perfect smoke, robust menu full of tasty meat and kick @$$ sides like coleslaw, onion rings, corn on the cob and french fries. Next time I need to try the fried Okra, it looked amazing. If your passing through Vegas and BBQ sounds like a good idea come check out Big B’s, your taste buds will give you two thumbs up!

Big B’s Texas BBQ
I really like finding the small local businesses to support and Big B’s Texas BBQ is just one of those places you don’t want to miss.
The ribs and brisket were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, moist and tender, nearly falling off the bone as you pick it up and all of the smoked BBQ flavor you could hope for.
The green beans were just the way I like them. Cooked to the point where they still have a little snap when you bite them. Not over cooked, limp with all the flavor cooked out like some out of the way road side diner.
Cornbread muffins were moist with chunks of corn and real butter to put on them.
Cole slaw is always a tricky one. Sometimes made with too much vinegar. Sometimes so much mayo that it is just a sloppy mess. At Big B’s, it is right in the middle. (They have extra mayo and vinegar available if you feel the need to fine tune it to your liking.
Fun environment. Plenty of space to sit down. One room if you like a bit of noise and big screen TVs with your favorite sport playing. A second room that is a bit quitter if that is what you prefer. Very child friendly.
If you are looking for a great local Texas style BBQ with reasonable pricing and large portions, make sure to support Big B’s.

Excellent food! This is now our new ‘go-to’ for Bbq. So happy we found this place! Nice casual place complete with bar & bar seating area, regular dining area, a really cool nook with the nicest, largest picnic style table I have ever seen(!)(would be great for a large group), + a very nice outdoor dining area! We ordered 1lb. of Beef Brisket, Mac&Cheese, & Potato Salad~ All of which were each *very yummy! Our order was more than enough for the 2 of us & we had left-overs to take home! Very nice, cool, employees. We will definitely be returning w/ friends & family. Highly recommend!

Being a fast serve restaurant, it feels like the food quality is going to lack a bit because the BBQ is going to have to sit there for hours at a time. I’m sure they cook it in batches but still, taking that into account, the food is really good for what it is.
Comes out faster than any BBQ place that I’ve been to, and I LOVE BBQ!!!
I tried the pulled pork, brisket, hot link, Babyback ribs with their Mac & cheese and cornbread.
The Mac & Cheese and babyback ribs were a bit dry but then there were some juice parts to the ribs. Reminded me more of leftovers than freshly cooked. But for the most part, I was very satisfied with the meal.
I’d definitely come back

I was looking for a good BBQ place for the Super Bowl game. I had seen this place a few times, read some reviews, and decided to order take out, since we were having our adult kids over for the game.
Great selection of bbq and smoked meats to choose from. Also, a nice selection of sides and desserts. We ordered over the phone and asked for a 1:30 pick-up time.
When I arrived, they rang up the order and started putting the sides together and cutting the meat selections we ordered. They mentioned they didn’t start the order until we arrived, so everything would be freshly sliced and warm.
Busy for Super Bowl Sunday. Lots of takeout orders, but a few dine in clients too. I was very impressed with the clean space, cute decore, nice outdoor patio area, small bar, and larger dining area with tv’s for game viewing if you wanted to dine in.
We ordered tri tip, lean brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, mac and cheese, pasta salad, baked bbq beans, and cornbread. All items were very delicious and flavorful. The bbq baked beans had a stronger flavor than most baked bbq beans, but they still tasted good.
Plenty of parking and all staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return in the future for takeout or dine in. Nice atmosphere

Thank you Big B’s! Wife and I drove in from Houston Tx for the holidays and was recommended this joint for some Barbecue! We heard Texas and knew we had to drop in and was not disappointed! Christmas Eve and greeted at the door by Big B himself! Talk about some home cooking! Very welcoming atmosphere just like we do back home southern style! Now the food, definitely Texas style! Good portions with awesome smoked flavor. So I asked Big B and he shared how he drives the wood in from Texas! Now that’s dedication to your craft! We had the Tri tips, Sliced brisket, jalapeño sausage, and smoked turkey breast! OMG! Everything but corn and one other item not made in house! Throw that damn home made sauce on it and ! We took plenty to go after sitting there chopping it up with Big B with a cold one and great food! Had to tip em all for just being there open and ready to serve at 6pm on Christmas Eve! Definitely 5 ⭐️! We will be back next year Fo Sho!

First time here. Me & the GF split the 3 meat plate (pulled pork, brisket, tri tips) with okra and coleslaw for sides plus some cornbread. Everything was really good and the service was too. We met Brian the owner and had a nice chat with him.
Very cool that he gets his wood for the smoker from Texas.
We will certainly be back for more!

Got takeout yesterday (7/27/23) evening. Brisket was very good with good smoke flavor, tender, and juicy. The mac and cheese was OK. But the baby back ribs were very dry and the meat was tough, and the fries were very dry too. Maybe I’d get the brisket again someday, but my wife prefers ribs and their ribs are just not worth getting again.
