This is by far the most disappointing coffee I’ve ever had my life. The coffee maker at my house does a better job. But I have loved Starbucks for years and I was expecting when this one opened. This is my first time at this place and it literally tastes like burnt coffee beans and water. I want my money back. It’s also the wrong order .
The quality has gone completely downhill. Also certain baristas refused to make certain coffee orders. Normally you can order a caramel ribbon crunch in both forms hot or cold but not here. This coffee was supposed to make the hard week feel better but it was a kick in the butt inside.

The manager of this Satrbucks (or employee, idk, purple hair) noticed I waited for my food for longer then 10 minutes and gave me $4 off my next purchase it was so freaken sweet, this will be my new go to location when Im driving to Portland!

They’ve gotta learn how to train better or turn their drive through speaker up, they have gotten my drink ive ordered in the drive through wrong multiple times already, and they have very poor customer service. They’ve only been open for a couple of months and the old Starbucks is still better

Workers were nice, but drinks had too much ice and were watered down by the time I drank them (5 mins after they were made.) I got 3 drinks, one was a frappe so it was tolerable while melty. The refresher and lemonade both tasted like water with a TINY bit of flavor. Never had them this watered down before.

Just went through the drive thru for coffee and grilled cheese. The ladies working were very friendly. They took a second to have a brief conversation handed me my order and I was on my way. They were fast and efficient, while still making time to interact with me! Great job ladies!
