Casually strolled into Mo’ Bettahs in Herriman thinking “Chicago Cubs will win the World Series easily in 2025!”

I was just grabbing some Teriyaki Chicken and rice. I didn’t know I was also signing up for an emotional collapse as the Chicago Cubs decided to nuke my soul in real time during the 2025 MLB postseason.

Watching them implode against the Brewers felt like watching a pineapple fall off a luau pig while slow, smoky, and full of regret.

By the 7th inning, I was crying into my Mac Salad like it was a therapy session. I kept thinking, if only David Ross had armed the team with Mo’ Bettahs Teri Sauce instead of weak infield pop flies. #CubbiesPostseasonLoss

Imagine the Brewers blinking through sticky-sweet soy glaze as Contreras; THE TRAITOR CONTRERAS, sat there behind the plate catching strikeout after strikeout for Milwaukee.

The man used to be ours! He was part of the 2016 World Series miracle! Now he’s basically the Hawaiian villain in my baseball nightmares.

But you know what? The Teriyaki Chicken was unreal. Juicy, perfectly grilled, and dripping in sauce so divine it almost healed my broken baseball heart.

Almost. I’ll be back to Mo’ Bettahs soon, just not during October. I can’t cry into another plate lunch again.

We love Mo Betta’s. Jaxon is the best GM and Tilly hooked us up! Quick, friendly service. The food is always excellent. For those looking for more veggies their new cooked veggies are a great side. For being frozen they are still al dente and well seasoned.

Sadly price keeps going up amount of food keeps going down. Went from in the past to enough for me and too much on wife’s. To not enough for me but wife would share hers with me. To now there is way less on mine, and she has not enough on hers. A note also, ekolu has same quantity of meat as a regular for awhile now so more money for same overall amount and then an extra upcharge on the classic ekolu for having the beef (which has always had the upcharge so it isn’t a new change). Attaching picture of the beef that cost the extra 2 dollars.

Great pork, a little salty, but slow cooked and tender. Katsu chicken is really good when fresh, teriyaki is extremely tasty but high calorie. Mac salad is a bit bland and extremely fattening. I think one scoop is over 500 calories.
Overall very tastey, just not extremely healthy. They do offer protein bowls that are ~600 cal i think.

Never have we gone to a mo’bettas and had such horrible plating. Barley had any meat and on top of that nothing was fresh so my katsu chicken was hard. Will never be going to this location again

Always Fresh! We love Mo’Bettah’s. Anytime I need to take a meal to a friend who is sick or otherwise unable to prep a meal. I always go to Mo’Bettah’s, it is the best fastest freshest and everybody always loves their meal. It is a big hit.

Update: Fast, hot, fresh as always! Such a great value. We really enjoy Mo’ Bettah’s teriyaki chicken, still our family favorite.
Mo’ Bettahs is always spot on, fresh, hot and delicious. We eat here often and recommend it to friends and family. We love the teriyaki chicken it is our favorite, so tender and the best flavor. Totally feeds a family of 4 for about $12.00 each with leftovers for lunch. My daughter and granddaughter love the macaroni salad. Simply delicious. The Herriman location is great.

The steak portions used to be amazing but this is disappointing. Everything was dry. Steak tasted like beef jerky.

For the record we love mobettahs and go about once a month.

Wow this experience was hideous. I still have the burnt charcoal flavor in my mouth from the chicken that was grossly burnt to a crisp.

The kahlua pork was little meat and filled with sinew and globs of fat. Far lesser quality than I’ve ever received at a mobettahs. I had a pool of grease in the bottom of my plate, and about a table spoon worth of cabbage. Usually everything is on a generous bed of cabbage. I’ve attached photos of the burnt chicken, grease pool, and the entire portion of cabbage I got. Will not go back to this location again.

My wife’s portion looked half eaten it was such a skimpy portion size.
