Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was double white sauce and one was double pizza sauce. Both ended up as just cheese on crust. Called to complain and the lady that answered the phone claimed she ‘sauced them herself’. Please tell me where there’s any sauce? I specifically requested extra sauce because they put nearly none the last time we ordered from here too. Thankfully she offered a refund or a remake, but this definitely ruined our experience since we aren’t willing to drive the 20 minutes there and 20 minutes home to have them remade. Please do better.
Edit: can’t even use the web link I was given because of a 504 error when trying to visit the link. And the contact us link on the Marcos website also gives the error.
Edit 2: updated my review from a 1 star to a 4 because they made it right. We were contacted by the store manager herself and then was given the refund and a credit for the pizzas. Thank you Marcos for making this right. We will be continuing to go to this Marcos because this was a one off bad experience. We appreciate the prompt response and the effort to make this right. Thanks again.

Never tried this place before. I can’t say enough good things about it. The pizza was hot and delivered promptly. We ordered a large sausage magnifico pizza and when they say spicy sausage it is and it was delicious. We were grateful to find someone to deliver in this awful snowy mess. We can’t wait to try the wings or a calzone or two.

Our favorite pizza place at the beach is Marco’s. Yesterday I was surprised to pass a Marco’s Pizza off Old Salisbury Rd, near our new address. I placed order online to take advantage of special deals. Both pizzas were ready when I arrived. I called to let them know I was there and order was brought right out. It was still hot when I got home, tasty. Service was great and super friendly! They don’t deliver to where we live, but I told them ‘They’re worth the drive!’

My adult son said this is the best pizza he’s had since has last visit to N.Y. and THAT’S saying something! We’ve also ordered subs and the double chocolate brownie dessert. Orders have been perfect every time, deliveries perfect with excellent delivery drivers who are friendly and careful about deliveries.

The establishment was clean, The customer service was good, they honored curb side! The toppings were fresh! You could tell the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions were not only fresh but good quality, it aids the aroma of the pizza! I got a small deluxe speciality pizza with steak added!

Ordered a small garden pizza, added extra sauce, ground beef, jalapeños. Carry out. Pizza was ready on time as promised. The guy working, I didn’t catch his name but very friendly and great service. Got back to the office and opened the box, the pizza looked awesome and tasted great. The only thing it didn’t seem to have double sauce. Not a deal breaker for me. I believe I’ve found my new pizza go to place. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pizza online a few weeks ago, they over charged my card ( in store) $8. Couldn’t get a refund had to settle for a credit. Ordered 2 medium cheese tonight, a hour later never came had to cancel because they couldn’t find the driver. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN!!

Decided to give them a try for the first time and this is how I received my food onions RAW , mushrooms not sautéed. Cheese not melted. Only thing I could taste was the loads of raw onions , which were both diced and julienne , never in my life have I had a sub so bad. Half the bread was soggy while the other half was hard … when I called back up there I was told by the manager Ben that it must have been because they were RUSHING. like whatttttt ?!!!???? Long story short don’t waist your money

Ordered a pizza for lunch today and was highly disappointed. The pizza had those air bubbles in it, instead of having smooth cheese. Those bubbles really take away from the flavor of the pizza and I had to cut around it in order for my son to eat it.

Rude on the phone, the delivery didn’t deliver it to the right address and was a hassle to get a refund. Will put a complaint into corporate office if I can find the number. Don’t order from here.
