I have had a better experience in the past but yesterday was disappointing. They seemed severely understaffed with it taking over 20 minutes to get water, an hour and a half to get our wine and appetizers, and 2 hours before everyone at our table received their food. They redeemed themselves a bit with delicious sauces and very generous portions. However, the salmon sashimi was cut horribly and did not taste fresh with a funky aftertaste. The yellow fin sashimi in comparison looked delightful. I went for my birthday dinner and will likely not be back.

As a first-time guest, I was blown away by my experience at your restaurant tonight. I decided to treat myself to some sushi, and while my eyes were certainly bigger than my stomach, every dish was delicious and fresh.
The craftsmanship of the rolls was phenomenal, and the presentation was so well-done that I wanted to keep eating. I was especially impressed by the generous sizing of the fish in the Philadelphia roll.
Thank you so much for the wonderful meal. I also want to specifically thank my server, Maddy, for taking such great care of me.

The sushi was absolutely delicious! The Las Vegas rolls were my favorite. I went with three other people, and three dishes plus an appetizer was enough to fill all of us. I definitely want to come back!

This place is amazing. We genuinely eat here at least once a week. The quality of everything from kitchen items to the sushi is consistently fantastic, and you can tell they really care about the food they serve, even down to the way they cut the fruit for the kid’s meals. The people are wonderful, the service is fantastic, and it’s one of Loveland’s best restaurants!

As someone who has had sushi in Japan the quality of the fish here is phenomenal. The variety in rolls, entrees and appetizers makes for a comfortable place to eat even if you’re not a common fan of sushi either.

Lovely small neighborhood restaurant. Busy for a Monday night but were seated right away.
Our ssrver, John, was upbeat and friendly. Miso soup, shrimp tempura, edamame and 7 sushi selection (pictured) were all delicious.

Sushi Jooa is our go to and favorite spot in Loveland… from nice meals with family to a quick bite after soccer practice! I’ve been coming here for years and the quality is always consistently amazing. Seriously one of the most underrated restaurants in Colorado. The portions are generous, the place is super clean, the flavors are amazing, and the staff is super friendly-Maddy is the kindest gal around and makes you feel at home!!
