Came in an hour before they closed. Fryers were off. They said they had cleaned them. Waited 10 minutes for fries. When I got them and was in my car the fries were lukewarm. The sandwich was made wrong and the chicken was very chewy which means it was old. Lots of potential there but just missing the mark. Sorry. I don’t usually post negative but $12 for lukewarm fries and a wrong sandwich isn’t cool. She did give me 2 lukewarm apple pies so that was nice.

I had the most pleasant experience today at Hardee’s on Calhoun Memorial Highway Easley South Carolina my server was Ms Michelle she took on the task of a very complicated picky complicated order and nailed it superbly I recommend that she is recognized for her services great job Michelle thank you so much for our pleasant experience as well as the lady that prepared our meal thank you for being thorough in your preparation kitchen dining room area was spotless impeccable spot-on ladies thank you

I order a chicken tenders combo and a sweet tea. My order was wrong and cold! The tenders were very oily as if it was just place in the grease and taken out I called the store to aware the manager of the issue SHE WAS VERY RUDE! AND NASTY And and I got some flat soda she then goes off saying she has just made the food before I got there and that I’m not getting no free food from that store then HANGS UP THE PHONE! I’m sure I was racially profiled because I never asked for free food or my money back I just wanted my order correct and hot!! I don’t drink sodas hence the reason I asked for sweet tea the receipt also says sweet tea! She definitely has a bad attitude and she not be in no management position! I do not recommend eating at this location!!

Pulled up to the drive thru. Not a car even on ten premises. Wondered if they were even open. 2 people on the side of the building at 6 pm. Workers, taking a smoke break, I assume. Went to place an order. For a milkshake! Milkshakes that were advertised more than other items, on display, pictured and all…. Ordered the milkshake just to be told that “we are out of all ice cream flavors”. one…. So you’re out of 4 flavors of ice cream at the same time OR you’re out of all syrups that go in the ice cream to make the shake! Either way…. It was 630 pm…. I’m sure it was just broken down! No wonder there are NO customers there! And if the workers were outside, who would have been inside if someone did walk in?

The food was nasty. The manager on duty was extremely rude to her employees. She was yelling at them, she started out loud that she only does her job and thats it. We did not complain about our food because we didn’t want her yelling at them more. We definitely won’t be back to this location.

This location is a pretty standard Hardee’s spot. I ordered my food via the app and drove a few minutes to pick it up. I gave my name at the window, drove around and picked up my breakfast. I was in the mood for a biscuit but opted for the breakfast platter since the biscuit, eggs, and sausage is included and you also get gravy and hash browns.

Ms. Holly is the reason I came back to eat here today. She encouraged me to try the new chicken platter last week and gave me a coupon. She is definitely a HUGE asset to this location. Well done Ms. Holly!
