Update…11/23/24.. they are beautifully decorated for the upcoming holiday season. Very festive…. and made us want to decorate asap.

Fast, accurate, and friendly. Arby’s is very underrated and a lot of people give the place a lot of hate. But they give you some good food, especially them cheese sticks.

Had the gobbler sandwich, which was absolutely amazing. We got to the drive thru around 4:45-5pm which would be around dinner time. We were served promptly and the guy at the driv thru was very polite.

So, Im not going to delete my initial review, because it was a genuine one time experience by an employee who hopefully still works here. However, I am lowering my rating and will say that today’s experience was the polar opposite. The assistant manager, Anthony greeted me with an abrupt and loud yes?? when I approached the counter. He took my order and gave me my order to go even though I was eating there. I was never asked. My food was cooked fine. Anthony did tell me to have a nice day but only after my look of shock. I’m not saying this location is as bad as others (yet), but my expectations for some minimum level of social interaction and service are clearly too high….
Unlike the other Arby’s in the area (Five Forks, Fairview Rd in Simpsonville, Old Spartanburg Rd), this one actually has an employee (lady) that will greet you, apologize for any delay, and say thank you after you purchase something. My food was actually cooked correctly too. It’s too bad that standards have become so low that this type of service is now above and beyond.

Slow service and the brisket sandwich didn’t have enough meat on it – ridiculous for the price paid. No one working the counter, you better order online if you want any food.

We are usually pretty happy this location but I also never order their pricier meals until today I ordered the smokehouse which is $10 for the meal and I was very unhappy. Definitely the last I have faith in their premium dining. I got ripped off…
