After a very rough shift, my partner and I decided to stop by Popeyes, and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. Even though the team was very busy at the time, Vishoi and Daniella provided outstanding service.
The gentleman who took my order was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Daniella packed my order and prepared the food with great care. Even though it was late, the food was incredibly fresh everything was absolutely delicious.
I would also like to congratulate the manager on duty for having such an excellent team. It truly reflects extraordinary leadership and strong management skills to have employees who remain professional, efficient, and customer-focused, even during busy and late hours.
And to the young man who took my order: keep doing what you’re doing. You have great potential make sure you continue to grow and advance. Keep it up

Popeyes never disappoints! The fried chicken is always as good as I remember—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I also really love their fries—perfectly seasoned and crispy every time. It’s consistently delicious and always hits the spot. Great comfort food done right!

We’ve had a good experience with this Popeyes. We usually order take out. We love regular and spicy crispy thighs and mashed potatoes. Everything tasted great and the family was happy to bring this home for dinner.

I don’t know what kind of chicken Popeyes uses now but it has almost no meat on it and the meat it does have is a nice shade of grey. The prices are so insane it’s almost laughable. Don’t waste your money, plenty of other fried chicken places that are WAY better quality and more reasonably priced.

I moved down here from Florida to stay with Family , and their Food taste better, the Employees are more sanitary, and friendlier, and it took less than 5 minutes to get our Food; It would of took me 30-40 minutes to get my Food from Popeyes in Florida. Horrible customer service. Ordered a chicken wrap and fries @3:55pm on a Saturday. The wrap was sub par. Fries old (when I placed my order I had asked if they had hot fries). I complained to the server so his manager came to the window and said that the fries were hot and had just come out. Ironically these people think that we don’t get the difference as if we do not cook and secondly in my younger years I have worked in a food joint as a trainer. So, do know the rules that people need to follow versus people just being lazy and serving bad food. So her final answer was “they just came out and are hot unless you want me to throw them back into the fryer which will make them greasy”. For a min I thought ok so it doesn’t matter to you that you give me old or reheated food. Then why should I waste my money on something that it is not worth. So, I asked for my money back for my fries. But did get the wrap. Imagine this person being a Manager/ Supervisor had no inclination on rectifying the situation. Wonder is she training her people when she herself doesn’t know how to value the customers. All that was needed to be done was she could have someone cook a fresh batch of fries. Sad that people don’t value customer service or other people’s money.

Worst service ever, this was only my second time here and I’m undecided if I’ll return. I went here with my daughter to grab dinner. I ordered our food and had asked for sauce but when we got our food I seen that they had forgotten my sauce, I went and asked for the sauce well the girl who was up told me I had to pay for them as you only get one when you order chicken tenders I proceeded to tell her I never even ordered chicken tenders and I have already asked for my sauce. I really wasn’t trying to make a big deal as I figured maybe she didn’t understand me since it seemed to be a language barrier anyways I told I wasn’t paying for sauce when I had ordered the sauce she then looked at the guy in the back he looked at her and then they both looked at me like I was a crazy person I said it’s fine I don’t even want them. A few minutes later she brings me the sauces and sadly they weren’t the ones I wanted. Maybe I’m just overreacting but I felt the language barrier was definitely a problem to start with and they seemed pretty rude. Food was great though and their strawberry biscuits were pretty good.

They work their team like a SWEATSHOP. Just being inside the lobby I felt like I was in some terrible place. Very bad and nasty mood from one of what looks like the managers.
