The pasta was really good, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The sangrias were delicious — the watermelon one was super refreshing, and the berry one had a stronger taste but went down smoothly.
The main dish had a great flavor, and the service was excellent. Definitely worth dining at this Olive Garden — great experience overall!

The restaurant is clean and is inviting to eat.
However the plate I ordered was very salty. I had chicken Marsalas. The others family member spoke well of their food.
The Service person was very efficient and performed her job perfectly.
It was a nice dinner some of the food was a little off but good visit.

My husband and I went here for our 3 year anniversary and it was amazing. The food was fresh and everything tasted wonderful. The service was phenomenal, and to top it off we got a free dessert because it was our anniversary. We love the new Dalton location. So glad we finally have an Olive Garden here. Thanks Olive Garden staff for making our anniversary date feel so special.

Lovely dining experience. We were there at 6pm or so in the evening. We did not wait long for our table, waitress or food. We had a sweet waitress (blonde hair, young little thing, probably under 20) She was a good little waitress and wore a nice smile! The food was hot and fantastic. I had the cheese tortellini w/chicken and my friend had the chicken alfredo, both were hot and delicious! I tried the fried ravioli appetizer…wow…that was yummy! Even the raspberry lemonade was delicious! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’ve never seen the inside of an Olive garden look like this one. It was modern and chic, nicely laid out, with a warm color palette. Very high end restaurant feel. The booth seat was crazy COMFORTABLE! The restrooms were also clean!
Good Job Olive Garden! We live about 35 minutes away from Dalton… And we would drive that distance to come back.

Finally got a chance to eat here and my overall experience was pretty good. My only complaint was that we were seated for about 25 minutes before our server came. I started out with a starter dish the fried shrimp and peppers. It was really good. The shrimp in my opinion was cooked really well in the breading. Along with the peppers. They were not over cooked at all. The wife had endless soup and salad. Gnocchi was first and then a bean pasta soup I think. She said it was really good. The lil one had the gnocchi as well and salad and liked it. I do recommend this nice addition to Dalton and hope you guys enjoy

We had come in after an 8 hour drive, specifically looking for an Olive Garden as we know it is a reliable place for good food after a full day of driving. What we came into however was an experience we never had before. As soon as we walked in, while we did get seated quickly, we got seated on a table into a corner where 1 person was completely enclosed in while we had seen 2 parties of 2, get seated into a booth right across from us. We initially overlooked this as we got a place to sit without waiting and as mentioned before, had driven all day but then we got the complimentary salad, and while eating, the peel of an onion was found along with the butt of a lettuce. We also had been seeing numerous waiters bring water and drinks on a platter to ensure everything is brought at once, but our waiter brought 3 waters by hand, and then came back a few moments later to drop off the last one which did not seem professional in comparison around us. The problems didn’t stop there, we had placed our orders and once as a family who does not eat meat, we ordered seafood, the entrées came in and 1 of them had chicken which we asked if we could get one without which the waiter did go back to switch it, but upon coming back, he had dropped off the food and left immediately, also not asking if this entrée would like cheese. All these did cause an unpleasant experience but what had the most impact, was that we had never been asked if we wanted a refill of water until we had finished eating, we had to share the water we had amongst ourselves which thankfully we were able to do, but should not have had to. To say the least, it is definitely an experience we will not be forgetting and will be bringing up whenever we have have any future conversations regarding Olive Garden.

This Olive Garden is rather new at less than two years old, this was the first time I’ve tried it since it opened. The service was excellent, manager came and checked on us a couple times and made sure we were satisfied. Everyone got salsa and breadsticks which were delicious of course.

We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Jessie. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. She made sure we felt comfortable, checked on us at the perfect times, and had such a warm and positive attitude that truly made our visit special. Jessie went above and beyond, and her service made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jessie, for being awesome and for providing such outstanding customer service!
