Above standard for the whopper preparation and taste. Chicken sandwich was crispy. But was just a standard above average fried chicken sandwich.
Fries were fresh and crispy. Veggies on sandwiches looked and tasted fresh.

This Burger King is one of the best! The employees are amazing—fast, friendly, and they get the order right every time. The drive-thru moves quickly, and the restaurant is always spotless. I just wish every place ran as smoothly as this one! Yolanda and Jessica should both have employee of the month.They were awesome!!!!

Customer service is bad. Since the reopen, anytime we use the drive thru after 2pm we get major attitude, as if we are inconveniencing them, even though that’s what they’re at work for (to take orders).. if your job is that bad, go get another one that doesn’t assist the public.

Older Caucasian lady at the window is very rude and impatient. Then we order the food, make it all the way up to the window for her to tell us they can’t make our food and can only make fried foods. Like if you focused on the job instead of holding up that attitude all night you would’ve known that ahead of time.

The staff took our order and we waited 10 minutes (we were the only ones in line) to get our order. As we drove off we checked our order and realized my orser was completely wrong, so we went back through the drive through to fix it. As we pulled into the drive through and explained the situation the lady taking our order told us that we did not tell her our correctly the first time. Which is completely wrong. Then as we got to the window after 30 mintires of waiting she told us to hand her the old bag of food before she could give us the new bag, ad if we were trying to get something for free…. poor customer experience. Get it together Burger king. I will not be back. This place is a waste of your time people.Very incompetent staff.

The food was typical Burger King food, but it was warm (once we got it after a long wait). The dining room was dirty, with many of the booths and tables having bits of food or used cups, etc. left on them. During the entire time we were there nobody did any cleaning in the dining area. The service was awful. 20+ minutes to get an order. I’ve had faster service at a Cracker Barrell and that’s a sit down restaurant. There were plenty of employees present, but nobody seemed to be doing much about getting meals out, cleaning, or preparing food in general. Many of them were just standing around talking. Nobody seemed to be in charge. This place needs a manager who will get people to do their work. There were 8 or 9 employees present this evening, when 4 to 5 would be enough to get the work done if things were organized. I’ll probably give this place a miss for while until they get their act together.

Busy Bee in Jasper, Florida is hands down one of the best gas station stops I’ve made. The bathrooms were very clean which is such a rare and appreciated find while traveling. The employees were so friendly and pleasant and made the stop feel welcoming. Whether you’re just passing through or need a reliable place to take a break, this Busy Bee is a great choice. I will definitely be back.

We’ve been here 7 times sincce they opened. In our experience the food is always hot and fresh. This location is always friendly. Almost always fast. Only once, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food, but when we got the food it was hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this location.
