Panda Express, May 8th 2025 I came here this afternoon at 4:26 pm for some delicious chinese food so I got the Orange Chicken & Walnut Glaze Shrimp & Broccoli & Beef & all Chow Maine & two Spring Rolls & a bag of fortune cookies in which I didn’t know that they still give you one with your order because a lot of Panda Express’s don’t anymore! I also really appreciated that the young lady had helped me to check if I had money still on two of my gift cards from (Christmas) & there was $25 on one & the other one had $20 so Thank You so very much for your help!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s & %+ Great Job! Great Service! Great Food!

Dont answer the phone they dont send out orders with the sauce that is supposed to come with your order and you can not make suggestions to make sure your order is going to arrive proper. There timing sucks took over a hour to get my order.

Went into the drive though and said I wanted to order a small chow mein. The worker said “We don’t have small, do you mean medium or large?”
I clarified that they don’t have size small, she says no we only have medium or large. So I said sure I’ll take a medium then.
Then I said I also wanted a bowl.
The worker says, “Oh okay if you’re ordering a bowl then I can give you a small chow mein.” I said you just told me you don’t have small? And she said well that’s because we can’t let you order just a size small.
Ended up not ordering at all. Super unprofessional. Would never go to this location again.

Waiting is no problem
The server had us park and was nervous when talking to us, husband and I thought it was strange.
Fast forward to getting home to eat our anticipated food.
The orange chicken was black and had a chemical flavor
Their veggie rolls tasted like dawn soap
We called to let them
Know we were not happy with our food and the lady on the phone admitted there was a problem with the orange chicken & served it to us and others without hesitation. Since
we eat our other food and asked for a refund there is nothing they will do. I will never go back to a business that will knowingly serve you bad food.
We are Reporting this facility to the heath department.
If you want Panda Express do not come to this location rather the one on Mooney blvd they at least care about their patrons who enjoy good food.
Save your time, we went through the drive thru because of convenience however this was quite the opposite.

Got the incorrect portion for the 5th time. I’m always asked to park and than I get home and my order is wrong. Food is missing altogether or I’m given hardly and food. I was asked to park to wait for the broccoli beef and this is what I got. I was so mad I just left. Manager won’t answer the phone either. They aren’t even busy. Alessandro C was who served me.

Annoyed of this one in Dinuba Blvd. I go through drive thru and the first thing she says is they are only taking debit. I got a kids meal and wanted sprite as the drink and the whole machine for drinks is down. So only water or bottled juice. Then I get home and check my food. I had asked for half chow mein and half fried rice and they only gave me freakin chow mein !!! Which I hate getting just that because they pack it up with sooooo much lettuce and celery. I’ll show a picture. And this is the smallest plate. (Kids meal) Also they didn’t give me any utensils nor napkins.
