Our order was accidentally rang in as a to-go and not a dine in. We sat for a while, and right as I was going to see what was going one, the woman told me about the mistake, and she had it quickly taken care of, had a fresh order already working, and most graciously comped our bill.

They took my online order and I drove 17 minutes to pick it up. I was met with a locked door. They closed over an hour early! Someone met me at the door and said she would try to refund my money. I have had good food in the past but not sure I will return after this terrible experience

I order $45 worth of food from Bellacinos and Uber eats. The driver stole the food and Bellacinos supported him doing it. There wasn’t even an apology. So, I had $45 stolen from me. It was obvious the girl on the phone colluded with the thief from Uber eats as she already had an excuse ready that blamed me despite making little sense. She should be fired and Uber should change its name to Uber eats your food. Unbelievably bad experience. I would give less than one star of it were possible.

Amazing food! The pizza had plentiful cheese on it and the sauce stayed warm throughout the whole meal. Very flavorful. Their grinders are also the best in the area! Filled well with toppings and a nice toasty bread. Shoutout to the chica with the nose rings, she was wonderful. The other gentleman, we dealt with was kind of a jerkasaurus rex. Still an amazing pizza place! My favorite in the area!

Curbside pick up, no inside pick up. No worries though because their meatball mushroom pizza was hot and delicious! We had spent a cold windy day at the beach and were driving back to Lansing. We pulled into the parking lot, called in our order and in 20 minutes they brought it out to our vehicle.
My sister ordered a Taco pizza and loved it. She did wish that they offered a side of salsa. Plus she enjoyed her Greek side salad. She said it was very fresh.

If I could have given a zero rating, I would have. So ridiculous, they stopped delivering but have delivery option still online. When I called to check on my order they had absolutely no help as they said they had no drivers. I waited an hour and no one called me to say so just let my order sit there. I cancelled as I couldn’t leave work to get it.

I ordered 2 grinders and an order of cheese breadsticks. I asked for 1 to be plain, just meat and cheese. I picked up my order and when I got home, my grinder had lettuce and Mayo on it. I returned it and they asked if I wanted another one. I said yes and they proceeded to make another one. Again I told them plain, just meat and cheese. When they brought it out to me, I checked it and it was covered in Mayo. I told the kid behind the counter it was wrong again and he started arguing with me that I never said no Mayo. Plain, just meat and cheese to me means NO MAYO. I chose not to have them make a 3rd sandwich. Instead I went home and ate my now cold cheese breadsticks. Worst $46 I’ve ever spent. I will NOT be back!!!
