We went to get a sub and the service was so slow and the customer service was awful.
There were two workers and both were slow and extremely rude.
We asked for our sub toasted and we got a dirty look with an eye roll. We asked for a churro and got a snarky remark of “oh yeah, you didn’t know we had to make it”.
Once we paid we went to a table to split our sub before we left and continually got yelled at that the lobby was closed…we didn’t sit down or even pull out a chair, we were just standing there trying to get our lives in order. She didn’t try to address us, she just kept yelling.
We told her what we were doing and that we would be leaving soon.
We got a poor ungenuine “sorry didn’t mean to be rude” and didn’t change their attitude toward us.
The food was fine but the service was definitely not worth it.

I rarely eat fast food, but started venturing out a lil more after years of strict eating. I started eating here maybe 1-3 days out of the week before my work shift began. Whenever the guys would prepare my order, the food and service was fantastic…then this one female would catch my order and things started going downhill fast. Either she would not listen or just was not focus because i would have to repeat my order/options MANY times over (even after she has repeated it back to me). I gave her the benefit of doubt a few times, but after the third time of getting tasteless and less than par service and food, I totally gave up. I always completed the feedback from my orders and within the last order I did give an honest feedback and demand something be reinstated. Someone actually reached out and gave me poor excuses and ya know the traditional copy paste response they give everyone. I was not happy with that being my order and an order I placed for another person was “disguisting” not to meantion 2 other people who were in the resturant the same time I was. Funny how everyone had the same response and yet the customer isnt taken care of. I may not be able to control who prepares my order, but I can control not giving them my money! And after that last visit i have not looked back at this location and would rather go hungry than to drop a dime in it. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you!

I disliked the service I received when I was there. Normally it’s fine but this time the sandwich maker insisted I asked for (3) 6″ subs when I asked for foot longs. After that when she began making my sandwich she seemed in a huff and I watched her put LOTS of vinegar (I asked for vinegar & oil and the oil was fine) on one of the sandwiches. I didn’t say anything at the time because I thought maybe it wasn’t as much as I assumed. However, today my mom told me she could only eat 1/2 of her sandwich as it was burning her stomach. And she didn’t know about the vinegar situation at that time. Plus the price of the sandwiches is very high now.
If that same woman is there again I will not buy any more sandwiches from subway.

I have had the same guy be continually rude to me Cristal the store manager said she told him to be disrespectful to me and if I reported them they would report me for no reason. The issue that made me feel disappointed to the fact that I avoid these staff members is from the other day I ordered my me not complicated then I use my subway survey gift voucher he rings me up gives me a price of a cookie that I didn’t ask for and says I’ll have my manager talk to you tomorrow he made a mistake and didn’t know how to fix it in fact every time I go up there since I started taking a survey he has an issue with something so I sit down to eat in piece and he calls his manager and brings the phone to my table while eating and I said excuse me let me eat and he said no ill let my manager talk to you so I’m upset the manager gets on the phone and I discuss how rude he is and she said I told him to do this I have autism so I told them to let me eat first so I can calm down
He pushed the issue so I told Cristal from rude employees phone if he had better training he would have never bothered me he keeps having issues with me since I started survey taking.
The other employee re rung me up wrong and didn’t give me my walmart employee discount. They said it’s because I’m young the survey voucher I said the other receat gave me a discount on top of a voucher and I talked to Crystal before I came to work and that’s when she admitted to telling him to do everything please help me resolve this problem with rude staff.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The people who work there are extremely rude and can’t get any orders right. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and they didn’t even put bacon on it at all. The manager was rude over the phone and the workers were snobby. Will never be going here again. I expect to get what I pay for.
