I have been standing for 13 minutes at this counter without being acknowledged by the 2 girls working here. I’ve tried to speak to them and they just keep walking by.. Definitely will never come back to this starbucks. What a disappointment

This Starbucks have a host of really friendly staff. I love coming in here early in the morning as I’m passing through town. The drinks are prepared quickly and always following the great Starbucks recipes. There for a wide variety of choices of milks other than dairy. I always liked the music and it’s a fun place to hang out for a bit.

There were 2 workers up front who completely ignored me. One of them, I’m guessing was either a supervisor or leader was on their way out the door for the day but was behind the counter talking badly about and staff and issues with cleanliness. After a 3rd person came up and took my order I started to look at the state of things behind the counter, and the person complaining was correct, it’s pretty dirty back there. They were also complaining about how people leave their drinks back there for multiple days and proceeded to lift one up and then set it back down. I probably won’t be back to this one.

This morning there was a rush hour and there was a long line. Issac at the window made conversation and was very friendly. He still made sure that we got what we needed and made sure that we got our right order. It was balance of quick customer service. Issac you are awesome and take that trip to Idaho.

I understand getting someone else’s drink in drive- thru but I went back through to pick up my drink and it was only 3/4 full. Disappointing.
Also, grilled cheese is mostly bread for $7+.

The barista was so busy running her mouth she forgot the most important part of my mocha latte…….the coffee. I will never do business with Starbucks again. There’s a new place in town…… Dutch Bros off of 29 rd, by Taco Bell.

I was there today just 10 minutes ago (April 23 around noon) My drinks were amazing. The only reason I gave one star was because this one employee who may have been a manager I’m not sure. Her name tag says “NICOLE” she was extremely unprofessional and rude to another lady in front all customers in there and mind you, this is Saturday and the store is very busy. I understand having a discussion with your co workers. But the way she says it to the other lady shocks me. The other lady was shocked as well and kept asking her questions. She just said “you and I, we’re gonna need to have a talk”. What kind of manager are you treating your team like that in front of a whole store? Ridiculous.
