Second location I have visited food was good placing my order was easy. The gentleman at the register was nice. Chicken cheese steak and onion rings were delicious. It was early afternoon so no crowd. Restaurant was clean.

I’ve only had 3 Seasons Pizza locations in my life. Owings Mills, MD, Towson, MD, and this location, Cockeysville, MD… Out of the 3, this location definitely is the best from my experience… The service is always great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is always hot and fresh. The Seaso Bites were my least favorite out of the bunch.. The Chicken Cheesesteak wasn’t great, but it was very decent… The Spaghetti, garlic bread, and the Pizza and fries were very good! I love getting the NY style crust which is what this one was… Overall, good quality food… I recommend!

I used to order from this location when I lived near it. The food was usually tasty but overpriced. However, the last time I ordered from there, I wound up breaking a tooth: there had been a thick metal staple that was hidden by the cheese. This happened a few years ago, but I did feel the need to say something.

We usually order carry out from Seasons and are always very happy with their pizza. $5.99 medium two topping pizzas go a long way when feeding five hungry people. Tonight we decided to go in and get table service. Got off to a bit of a rough start as we waited about 7-8 minutes for a waitress. She was very nice and offered to take our order right away. Drinks came quick.
They give out free bread sticks but the waitress forgot. No big deal. She brought it out. Pizzas came out super quick. Delicious as always. Best 5.99 pizza around.
My one son ordered spaghetti from the kids menu. Huge portion and great value. Can easily feed two kids. I think they forgot to cook the spaghetti – it came out a couple minutes behind pizza and was nuclear hot. (Aka heated in microwave)
Lily took good care of us during our visit and we ended our visit with dessert at the frozen yogurt machine.

The food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. The young ladies at the front are inexperienced and clearly have not received proper training to treat all customers equally. As seniors, we are often overlooked, while their priority seems to be serving younger people. They should have trained staff who greet everyone with a smile instead of unpleasant faces. Last Friday, for example, there were about four of them just standing at the front talking among themselves, while customers were left waiting
